I had such a great experience at Colour Me Posh! Helen did my pedicure and Lee did my manicure, and both were perfect. They were friendly, attentive, and meticulous throughout. I highly recommend this salon and look forward to returning!

The team are so incredibly lovely and so great. I used to get my nails done at a different place but they would always break after 2 weeks. Colour Me Posh BIAB I can leave on for 4 weeks and they will still look good and I am usually a nail biter so pretty impressive. I used to live in Clapham now I travel back specifically to get my nails done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nicest and most welcoming salon (special shoutout to Helen who is so nice and remembers everyone)! I love coming here and my regular polish always lasts me longer than usual.

Edit: these are my nails after a normal polish manicure over 10 days ago!! Literally no chips and so strong!

I called the salon on 24/03 (my birthday) to ask if I could book an appointment to have my nails and tip extensions removed, which I had originally done there. I wanted no gel manicure. The staff member I spoke with was polite and courteous on the phone, which I appreciated. However, I was told that they wouldn’t take me as a client because I had previously left a 3-star review regarding the quality of my nail set which wasn’t up to standard and was very bulky and uneven. I agree the nails weren’t done properly but that’s not the issue.
I found this surprising and, honestly, disappointing.. In my original review, I made it CLEAR that while the nail shapes weren’t done a properly, I wasn’t upset. I even mentioned that the technician, Helen, may still be learning, and that everyone has to start somewhere. I also highlighted the positives - friendliness, professionalism, and lovely colour selection - all of which I genuinely appreciated and started my review that way.
I was open to giving the salon another chance, otherwise I wouldn’t call.. Unfortunately, being turned away for offering constructive and fair feedback(with photos) feels discouraging. It gives the impression that feedback is NOT welcomed, even when it is balanced and well-intentioned.
It’s a shame, as the salon has clear potential and a great atmosphere. I truly hope they reconsider how they handle customer feedback in the future.

Got these extensions done by Helen, who is always the kindest person! The customer service is amazing, we always have a great chat and a laugh 💅 She’s also a super skilled artist and somehow turned my very short nails (which I got from nail biting) into these lovely, pointy, healthy extensions.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and the service is consistently amazing. I’ve also been given great nail health advice when my nails were in bad shape.

Overall, compared to other beauty places, this is my favourite place to come to. The price-quality balance is great, they’re always happy to help with repairs (although I’ve rarely needed one), and everyone is super friendly

Super nice salon, variety of colours and the staff is very friendly. Helen was very quick and worked carefully on my nails.
I had BIAB with extensions. My first time getting extension tips. Compared to what I’m used to when I have long nails with gel (see video), the shapes are definitely not refined.
My nails are shaped differently, particularly the thumbs and the ring fingers. The builder gel is bulky and not following a refined nail shape. The nail apex is flat instead of smooth and lightly curved. I’m comparing it to my usual nail tech and her work as seen in the video - where my nails are 3 weeks old.
I’d love to go back but I’d monitor the process more carefully next time.

I’ve got my nails done here for years (biab and nail art) and am always so happy after! The nail designs are so detailed (see pictures I uploaded) and so much choice. Everyone is so friendly. I couldn’t recommend more!
