I had my BIAB manicure done by Maria and I’m honestly so impressed. I’ve tried a few salons before, and it’s really hard to find someone who can make nails look natural — not thick, bumpy, or uneven after a week of growth.
Maria is on a completely different level. My nails look so natural and perfect — the results truly speak louder than words. You can see the care and attention she puts into every single nail.
She’s not only very professional but also genuinely talented. Highly recommend! 5⭐
Excellent salon! I did a men's manicure - everything went at the highest level. The master works neatly, professionally and with attention to detail. The atmosphere is pleasant, clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied with the result, I will definitely come again!
I really like long nails, and I really like them in a nude shade. Master Victoria did a very nice job. I recommend this salon 🩷
BEWARE !!!SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS ,NAILS BREAK AND CHIP IN LESS THAN 2 days , you call to let them know and your expected to pay 😂Clapham and Battersea is full of premium salons that isn’t making you feel like a caged animal. Natali attitude stinks and she needs to work on herself as she will continue to lose clients , my money won’t touch an establishment like this again
For the amount of money this salon takes from clients, you would expect a standard of service that is consistent, professional, and respectful. A manicure is over £50 and a pedicure the same, so you are spending upwards of £100 per visit. To walk out dissatisfied after paying such prices is unacceptable.
The salon environment is cramped and uncomfortable. For manicures, the chairs are unsuitable, and instead of making sure you are at ease, the technicians physically drag your legs if you shift position. Cleanliness and basic comfort — things that should be non-negotiable in a professional salon — are simply not prioritised.
Appointments are rushed. Within two hours, you hand over £120+, yet you are not even given the courtesy of quality service. If there is a smudge, a stray hair, or something that is not done properly, raising the issue becomes a problem rather than something corrected. Services are often added without your consent, only to appear on the bill at the end. No reputable business should be charging for things not agreed to in advance.
To make matters worse, the salon charges for nail removal even if you are having a new set done with them — a practice that feels exploitative. Nails are filed down without asking, and if you express dissatisfaction, you are met with dismissive looks or conversation in another language. Communication is often a struggle, as many technicians do not have basic English, making it impossible to properly discuss your treatment.
Customer service is inconsistent at best, discriminatory at worst. Simple courtesies such as offering water are extended to some clients and not others, though everyone is paying the same inflated prices. Loyalty is not rewarded; even regulars are treated poorly, sometimes even insulted, and still expected to pay in full for services that were never delivered.
The management sets the tone, and unfortunately it is a negative one. The manager greets clients with disdain, carrying herself as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the lifeblood of the business. Staff turnover is constant, which says a lot about the environment both for employees and clients.
Since April, the service has noticeably declined while prices have risen sharply. Appointments rarely run on time — delays of 20 minutes or more have become the norm. The quality of the work has dropped as well: thin, rushed layers of gel passed off as “premium” treatments, with no sense of care or attention.
My most recent experience was the final straw. I booked a weeks in andvance only for the technician to rush through the appointment with clear frustration. LIKE FOR WHAT ! All the time , like what kind of struggle service is this.. Despite all this, I was still expected to pay full price for a substandard treatment.
After being a client for over a year, I can say without hesitation that this salon no longer values its customers. What was once a decent service has now become stressful, careless, and overpriced. For a business that charges premium rates, the lack of professionalism, respect, and consistency is indefensible.

Great experience every time. Super professional and experienced team.
Fantastic manicure and biab. Best I’ve had in a while and they’re also very sweet.
Clean and efficient and also very good price! My hands and feet feel brand new!
Great Ukrainian nail salon. Thanks a lot to Maria, who’ve done my nail. I was crazy late, but she sacrificed her lunch to help me out. Дякую 🫶
I had a lovely experience here! They are very clean & professional and just look at the difference between before and after! The nail technicians are very friendly and take a long time to work on the cuticle 😊 I would definitely go back
Update (Dec 24) - unfortunately another bad experience of overfilling my nails (which I spent 4 months growing healthy) means - in an area plenty of choice - it’s the last I will visit this salon and would absolutely not recommend.
Based on my recent experience (May 2024) -
My booking was with a specific technician but this wasn’t honoured and I was instead passed on to another one who managed to nip off my skin during the combimanicure. Perhaps this is down to lack of awareness that honouring bookings as made is key customer loyalty. I was not happy with the service received today and hesitate booking again although the previous technician was good.
I was charged for removal of gels done by them alongside the combinmanicure. Of course I don’t mind paying for a service but this should be clear on their booking site so that clients are prepared. The site clearly states that paid removal should only be booked when there is no other service.
It’s a shame a bad experience can damage the positive image of a business and customer loyalty as a result but, with so much choice in London, consistency in service is key.
Very fast and pleasant place. Nail artists are Ukrainian. Service is 5/5 nails are usually durable and the price is totally worth it. Definitely recommend
