Google I can really tell they don’t care about your nails health when you’re only getting a removal. This is the second time they’ve left my nails red and so thin that they actually hurt afterwards.
I’m giving two stars because I love Amisha, who is always lovely and professional. However, there is another lady there who comes across as very rude.

Google Went for a infil and they told me they only do biab infil ( even though I’ve had a gel infil there before ) they soaked everything off and made me have biab gel and then I asked for them to be a little shorter like a tiny bit and they cut it so short I had no choice but to accept it. Then she did a color that was way to light for my skin tone so I asked for her to change it and she was very rude and ignored me and just went and got another random color and did my nails with it, even tho it was too light. They proceeded to tell me it was £65 which is kind of crazy when all I wanted was an infil but I paid and then said goodbye and they didn’t even say bye nothing. So rude will not come back here again.

Dear Mae, we are very sorry you had a bad experience. Regarding infill, we cannot do regular shellac infill because it's a soft glue and lacks rigidity. For biab removal, our price is £5 for regular glue removal and £45 for a new biab. If you are having a removal and replacement service, the fee is £50 without any additional services. Please refer to our website for prices and services. We do not offer regular glue infill services, and we need to confirm the service items with the customer before starting any service. I just searched your name in our system and found no information. Checking all services this morning, we also did not have any customers doing soap-off or new hands biab removal this morning. Please check if you might have been confused and went to another salon. If you have any questions, please call 02046199970. Our team will continue to follow up.
