Google Have been using Urban Retreat services for the last four months on regular basis. My Hollywood waves for the evening at Royal Opera House were show stopping.

Google Used to go here a while ago, but I think it's now closed down? Had expert massages and a cool sleek vibe to the whole place. Hope it reopens soon!

Google Terrible experience. Practitioner Miquel F came to do a manicure and ruined my wooden table even though I gave her enough towels to cover the table. She now claims that she didn't cause the damage because she doesn't want her insurance premium to go up. And Urban want nothing to do with it, as it's her fault. Never booking this again!

Google Thrilled with my experience with Urban Retreat. Always super efficient and high quality mani-pedi—in and out within an hour which is such a luxury in London. Chinmai and Cami are the best there is!

Google No parent or adult should get ear piercing from here, the lady was not professional at all, she pierced once and it nearly pierced her cartilage , then took it out and re pierced it to finally get the middle of the ear lobe … the second ear she pierced it and and it was not in the middle and close to her face, but at that point my child was screaming so I didn’t double check .. got home and looked closely it wasn’t in the middle so I went back to rectify and she said “her ears are different sizes which was so RUDE !!!! and did not want to take it out but made excuses to not do it again but wanted to pierce right next to it .. overall I don’t think she is qualified for the job and not professional at all you can’t make this many mistakes specially on a BABY.
Avoid at all cost!!!!!!!!

Google Awful facial.4 weeks later my skin still hasn’t recovered . Customer service not interested .
Owner Response:
Dear Louise,
Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the facial you received. We do advise our guests that if they have concerns post-treatment, they must be raised within 1 week so we can best address the problem. I am afraid that this 4-week timeframe falls outside of our procedures remit, and we cannot guarantee that the concerns have been a direct result of the treatment performed at Urban Retreat due to the time that has passed.
As this is a very uncommon reaction to our facials (this has never occurred before), we are happy to invite you back for a complimentary consultation for recommendations regarding your area of concerns with one of our therapists.
Please do let us know if you would like to come in for a consult and advise, and we would be happy to arrange this in-person appointment to evaluate the skin.
Sincerely,
Urban Retreat Team
