I had been a couple times last year and I loved it so much so I returned and I feel as though I didn’t enjoy the experience as much and they really haven’t lasted!

The nails were great, but the process was unhygienic. When I got my pedicure there was no wrapping on the tub (maybe this isn’t typical in London, I came while on vacation) and at one point I saw dirt specks floating in it. I had a blister on my ankle that ended up getting infected and I had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics and couldn’t walk properly for a week. I can’t say for sure I got the infection from here, but the dirty tub couldn’t have helped the situation, and the infection came on within a couple days of my pedicure.
I hope they start to be more rigid with their hygiene because they really did do a lovely job on my nails.
