Place to avoid at all cost!!!!!!!! After being a customer for years !!!!!!! I will never put a foot in this shop!!!!!! Prices seem always to differs from time to time!!!!!! This time it cost me £40 for eyebrow vax and hand nails. 2 months ago I did go back the next day as my French manicure was already cracking and the lady told me : from now I will get 10% off as she was here today I did ask her for my 10% off and guess what?!?? She act like she don’t remember!!!!!!!! Ask me if I was sure it was her or this shop!!!!!!!! My daughter and niece goes there one day together and charge them both different price for the same job!!!!!!!!!! Thiefs and liers and don’t even do a great job!!!!!!!! As a local I will never go back!!!!!!!

Diva nails is Amazing ! Amy is Very talented! I have always been extremely happy with the service & treatments . The nail bar is very fresh & clean. Staff are very friendly. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Oxfordshire . Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I took my 11 year old daughter here today to get her nail varnish off. The lady who done it, I think her name is Val, was so rude and insulting to my daughter, she told my daughter who suffers with severe eczema that her skin was very dry,when I explained that she had eczema she made a point of putting gloves on. This made my daughter feel very low and insecure,. She then went on to critisise my daughters teeth, saying they had gaps in and she needed braces. When we left the shop my 11 year old sobbed her heart out. How dare she insult anyone let alone a child. I refused to pay and walked out. I shall never go in there again and I am a regular.

My first pedicure of the year was long overdue, and Diana did an excellent job. Thorough and professional, she worked hard to get my feet ready for sandals season in record time. I will be going back more regularly from now on to maintain the results!

Been getting my nails done here for about 6 months and I really recommend! I don’t normally book and get whoever is available, and all the ladies do such a great job. I won’t be going anywhere else for BIAB 🌸💕💅

Incredibly disappointed. My experience at this nail salon. The technician cut my finger, causing it to bleed and was unable to stop it. She told me I would not be charged, yet I was still made to pay £40. The work was also very poor, as shown in the attached photo, not only with that, she was laughing at me with her colleague and probably insulting me in thei language.

I come here once a month to get a pedicure which is normally nice & they do a good job however went on Wednesday & was short staff only 2 staff there, 6 clients, going from each person, mine was rushed & also the lady who i think is new, cut my heel with that blade thing 3 times, now its infected, costing me £250 to see a podiatrist privately to get it seen too which im not happy about, its a shame dont think ill be returning, :(
