I was pretty excited about trying out this nail salon. I was getting my nails done as a birthday treat and loved their selection of colours.
As a first time customer, the customer service is one of the main reasons I won't be going back. My nail tech seemed disengaged and uninterested in performing the service (BIAB extensions). Her demeanour seemed cold and off and I felt anxious to ask questions. The nails are very thick and are already rising from the bottom of the nail bed. I'm considering getting them removed after just two days. They also don't state that their BIAB extensions are done with acrylics which would've been helpful. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the salon.

While my nails themselves look nice, my finger beds were cut to pieces by the file. Every single finger had a cut and several were bleeding. It’s just a bit sloppy and made my hands look red and sore rather than freshly manicured. It was really painful both during and after and just isn’t what I expect for the price I paid

Can’t recommend enough. I started going to H’onu when I lived in the area 3 years ago but I still make the commute even now after moving southwest. I’ve been to several of their nail techs and they all do my french acrylic perfectly!! Only nail salon in London I’ll go to for my manicure.

Have been coming here for years now for my acrylics - quality of service is always of a very high standard regardless of what nail tech. Super fast, prices are great and all the staff are lovely
