For clarity, your appointment was scheduled for 5:00 pm with a 30-minute duration, and you arrived at 5:12 pm, which naturally limited the time available within the appointment.

Our studio operates mostly by appointment, with bookings confirmed only after the booking information and deposit process are completed. On this occasion, the booking had not been finalised in advance; however, we did our best to accommodate your request on short notice by adjusting the technician’s schedule to allow a 30-minute slot for the service.

As the nails removed during your visit were not our work and had previously been done by a non-professional, our technician focused on protecting your natural nails from further damage. The approach taken, including leaving a thin protective layer, was explained during the service and agreed to at the time.

At Tea & Tips, we place great importance on clear communication and client comfort. Each step of our nail services is explained in advance, including the reasons behind our recommendations, and we actively check in with clients throughout the service to ensure they are comfortable. Since opening, Tea & Tips has built a strong reputation for professionalism, transparency, and care for nail health, and we appreciate the continued trust of our clients.
