Unfortunately the service was not thorough. Asked for buff shine but it wasn’t done. Also nails were not filed to a nice shape. The good thing was the soles of the feet did improve and also nail technician was friendly. I don’t think I will come back for any nail services here

Terrible service, terrible staff. After reading the reviews here, everything suddenly made sense. I had a confirmed reservation, and was told it had been randomly cancelled. They then delayed my appointment by an hour, only to cancel it again.

Mention this is not the first time since they already double-charged me for a similar situation

I prepaid £60, which they refused to refund. On top of that, the nails I previously got there didn’t even last two weeks, so I don’t know why I gave them another chance.

The technicians are painfully slow 🐌, and the quality doesn’t come close to justifying the prices. They present themselves as “Russian manicure” standard, but the results don’t reflect that at all. Meanwhile, the Chinese salons on Beauchamp Street deliver far better work, with no attitude and without overcharging.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m currently trying to get my money back

I would not recommend this nail salon. I paid for shellac nails and removal. Instead of a soak off of the existing shellac, she used the electric nail file to file my shellac right down to the natural nail and I could feel burning. She continued doing it this way despite me flinching in pain. The service is also very rushed because they were running behind schedule.

My go-to nail place whenever I am in London.

Tried the Luxe nail experience and the Nick's experience. Lived the pampering and also the skillful technicians.

I recommend Beatrix or Oksana when you make an appointment.

Loved my appointment at Nail'd It at Harvey Nics. Anitha (sp) was an a beautiful and very personable young lady who did a fabulous job with my manicure and pedicure. Love the convenience, location, concept, level of service, expertise and professionalism of Nailed It at Harvey Nics. Highly recommend.

Ended up contracting paronychia (infection of cuticle) in both big toes after visiting here and had to take antibiotics. Would not recommend.

Probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a salon in London. I came in to have my nail extensions removed and get a regular manicure. Unfortunately, the technician didn’t seem to know what the different drill pieces were for and kept asking her colleagues while working on my hands.

She struggled to remove the extensions and didn’t even take them off completely — there are still bits and pieces left on my nails. When it came to cleaning my cuticles, she was very rough and ended up cutting the skin on multiple fingers, which you can clearly see in the picture. Despite telling her several times that it hurt, she continued to be aggressive.

Overall, extremely disappointing service. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I booked a Russian pedicure and I was asked to prepay £110.
When I saw the breakdown, it was £80 for the pedicure and £30 for a foot massage even though I never asked for a massage. I questioned it, and the lady said, “Yes, I know, but this is how we charge for Russian pedicures.” That made no sense, but I let it slide.
The actual treatment was not a Russian pedicure at all. Anyone familiar with Russian pedicures knows they are dry no soaking, no water. But they soaked my feet and did a traditional pedicure. I didn’t complain at the time, but I felt very misled.
I chose a French finish, and again no one told me there would be an extra charge. An hour after I left, they called me to say I hadn’t paid for the French, which was £20 extra, and also accused me of not returning a power bank, which I never even used. There was another client next to me who had one, not me.
When I told them I was already far away, they apologised and said I didn’t have to pay the £20 as nobody informed me before leaving the salon.But honestly, the whole thing was shockingly unprofessional.
£110 for a service that wasn’t what I asked for and being falsely accused of taking something!!I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone expecting a real Russian pedicure or respectful customer service.
Just to be clear I’m not the kind of person who likes to complain! I had no intention of complaining publicly. I just wanted to move on. But that phone call pushed me over the edge.
And £130 for a French Russian pedicure? Absolutely ridiculous. Proper Russian salons charge under £100 and actually know what they’re doing.
