I went with my mother-in-law and we both had a great time. The ladies were nice, patient, and allowed me to explore my silly ideas — it was really memorable. I highly recommend booking this service; I had the luxury pedicure and manicure services. Definitely going back.

I got my nails done today with BIAB and French tips. I showed her a reference picture and mentioned I wanted something like “micro tips,” assuming the image would clearly communicate the style I was going for.

Unfortunately, the entire appointment felt rushed. My booking was from 9:55 am to 11:30 am, but she finished by 11:00 am, which already made me feel like the service was being hurried.

When she first did the French tips, the line was extremely thin. I politely asked if she could make it slightly thicker, closer to the reference I had shown. She responded in a condescending tone, saying that what I showed wasn’t “micro French.” I clarified that I wanted something in between, not too thin or too thick, but she repeated the same response and seemed visibly irritated.

Even after asking again, the result still wasn’t what I had requested. The tips turned out uneven, bulky, and poorly shaped. I pointed out that they looked wonky, and she said she would file them later, but the final result was still not corrected properly.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with both the quality of the work and the attitude during the appointment. This isn’t my first underwhelming experience at this salon, it often feels like appointments are overbooked, leading to rushed services and subpar results.

These are the best nails I have had! Nadia was exceptional and so talented and made me feel very comfortable, she has a new client for life! Thank you Nadia ✨️

However on another note, one of my nails was lifting in the corner and I went to ask if I was able to get some glue to stick the corner back on my nail and the woman I spoke to was very unhelpful, dismissive and couldn't care less and first stated she couldn't do anything because they don't do that service there, which I replied that I had already been there to get these nails done and showed her my appointment she then said she doesn't know what glue it was or what my appointment was so cant help. I asked how to contact them and she said you can call and make a booking, for some glue might I add, and that there is nothing to be done. There was no one in there either so it would of taken 2 seconds to stick the side of my nail down, which I would of done myself with the glue, if she was the "busy"...with no one there.

Nadia was amazing but many of the workers here have horrendous customer service, rude and unprofessional and it is unacceptable. I work in Third space just above this nail salon and have told all my members that it is a horrendous place to go to unless they are with Nadia. the customer service should really be looked into seeing as it seems to be an occurring pattern.

Daria (Daiana?) was extremely rude to two customers in a row! I was getting a pedicure (mind you the lady who did my pedicure was lovely), two customers walked in and said they can’t book on the tablet as the tablet is showing an error - Daria said I can’t help you, you can only book online or on the tablet. She didn’t even bother to get up and check what the error on the tablet was! Both customers were left baffled at the response. She was not working at the time but rather chatting really loudly and shouting / laughing loud with her friend who was getting a manicure for the entire time I was there … which made the experience really unpleasant.
