I honestly couldn’t recommend this nail shop enough. I get really nervous and anxious going into places, but the staff here always make me feel so comfortable and welcome from the moment I walk in.

Everyone is so friendly, efficient, and professional, and the atmosphere is always calm and relaxing.

Especially Arthur, who always goes above and beyond. His attention to detail and level of care is amazing, and you can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. He always makes sure everything is perfect and makes me feel completely at ease during my appointments.

Such a lovely team and such a positive experience every time. Thank you all so much.

Super clean salon, they did an immaculate job on my nails and getting rid of the dead skin and cuticles. The service is really good. The only reason it’s not my regular is its slightly more expensive for biab infills and as you have to pay an extra charge for the sheer jelly like colors that I prefer, and they have a very limited selection of regular polish colors.

Came in with short and damaged nails but left with the ✨prettiest✨ neutral cat eye nails. Thank you Judy!

Camellia did an amazing job on my nails. She was patient, attentive, and created such a detailed, beautiful design for Christmas.

Heard the staff talking about a client in Chinese right after she left, saying how stingy she was for using coupons and asking them about prices for doing BIAB.

It’s just so sad and scary how they talk about clients in their own language, and act like they were forced to do their jobs when the client has paid quite a considerable amount for her nails.

Their attitude and bad service is the deal breaker. Honestly I won’t be coming back to this store regardless of their manicure skills. It’s utterly unprofessional how they handle a fault in their booking system (which requires payment of deposit to begin with). While it is understandable that there might be a clash of time between one client and another, the way they responded to such situation is completely absurd.

One of the nail tech managed to laugh when I first stepped into the nail salon, not explaining what was going on. And the other basically scolded me saying that I didn’t answer to her call. The conclusion that they were trying to make was that I, after paying deposit, would have to wait for 20 minutes simply because they took in too many clients and it was my fault for not answering her call 20 mins before my scheduled appointment (which was an unknown number with no voicemail). There was no apology or whatsoever - only strange facial expressions and rude answers.

Would not recommend if you are someone who look for a pleasant manicure experience.

I came here for the first time, I did the cats eye nails and there was a variety of selections and I was very satisfied with the result! I will definitely visit again.
