Mahak did both of the services. She is absolutely professional. This is the perfect lash lift and tint I everrrrrrrr got.

honestly cannot believe how badly this place handles customer care. I was refused a refund because I was “over” their complaint period by ONE DAY literally barely a day and nowhere was this properly explained to me beforehand. Surely if you have a strict 7-day policy for complaints, you would make that very clear to your customers, especially when treatments involve someone’s EYES.

What makes this even worse is that my eyelashes have been falling out and overlapping constantly ever since the appointment. I called them THREE separate times trying to get help, and every single time there was no real solution offered. On top of that, they actually admitted the issue was caused by their own lash technician leaving the perm solution on for too long, which over-curled my lashes so badly that they now cross over each other and irritate my eyes constantly.

So despite acknowledging it was their fault, they still refused to help because I was one day outside their “policy.” It honestly feels like they care more about protecting their money than looking after their customers’ wellbeing. I even tipped them after my appointment, which makes this whole experience even more disappointing.

You would think when a customer is having ongoing problems involving their eyes, there would be at least some level of care, responsibility, or professionalism shown but apparently not. Completely unacceptable experience.

I have been coming to Mai at Blackwall Reach for a long while now and still blown away with the service each time. Nails are always stunning! 10/10 service. Even when I have no idea what to have done Mai always provides great advice and helps me choose and create my design. I love my 4 weekly appointments with Mai ❤️
