Horrible customer service - i decided to get pedicure and gel nail after I arrived in London. The nail technician was giving me an attitude, trying to start an argument, and acting rude when there was a miscommunication about whether to apply nail polish on my toenails. I had to confront her and ask for her name because of her poor attitude. She told me to go get the nail polish myself while I was barefoot until I refused and asked her to get me slippers. Also, the service was rushed and unprofessional - she got sticky gel all over my fingers and had to use some oil and tools to remove them. When I mentioned that I needed an extra layer of color because the color is very neutral, she said, “why did you get this color” in a rude manner. Throughout the service, the nail technicians were laughing and talking loud in their own language, giving little attention to their customers. When I tried to ask for the manager at the end of the service, they brushed it off and said he/she is not here and I can just email the business. As a frequent traveler, I’ve been to numerous nail salons back home and in other countries, and I’ve never encountered a horrible one like this. This is absolutely not the level of service I expected in a nice neighborhood like canary wharf.

Reached there for threading service, only to find the staff napping (attached picture). And then had to wait for 15 minutes for the lady to show up who was threading as though to rip my skin off. I have 7 cuts on my upper and lower lips from the threading done by her. (Attached photo)
Horrible experience, please save yourself the misery of visiting.

Book an appointment with Moon for a great experience with waxing! She is very professional, friendly, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was very clean and hygienic, and the process was much less painful than I expected. My skin feels smooth and irritation-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality waxing services.

I have been coming to Beautyfini since it opened, and went to Office Nails (the sister salon) before that. I’m always impressed with the attention to detail, speed and value for money. Recently, I’ve started seeing Moon for my brows and waxing, and she is honestly the best in the business. She takes care to work with a client’s specific needs and is so lovely to spend time with. I’d recommend her to anyone having beauty treatments in Canary Wharf.

I do not recommend this place. During the removal of my Shellac, they did not use the proper remover/product to dissolve it. Instead, my nails were filed down with an electric nail drill. I understand that the top layer can be gently buffed, but in my case the process felt too aggressive and uncomfortable for my natural nails.

The atmosphere was also very unpleasant. I felt uncomfortable and badly treated during the appointment, which I have never experienced before in a salon. Unfortunately, I will not be returning and I cannot recommend this place.

honestly had a bad experience at this salon, thinking it would be good because it’s in Canary Wharf and they might have a reputation to uphold. The woman doing my nails was rude and dismissive. Last time I checked its my nails being done which I am also paying for so I should be able to say what I’d like and how it’d like it in a normal way without feeling like I am doing something wrong, the woman responded as if I was bothering her and said I didn’t need to tell her ?? lol. The whole thing was SO rushed it actually stressed me out fr and I love a quick nail appointment but it genuinely felt like she just didn’t care at all about what I wanted, no customer service skill and all together just not a nice experience. I was excited for my pamper day but she lowkey ruined the vibe. Won’t be going back sorrrryyy

I’ve been a regular at Infinite Beauty for years, but after my last visit, I won’t be returning.
I asked for a spa pedicure, which I’ve had many times before, and it typically lasts around 30-40 minutes. This time, the treatment was rushed and finished in about 15 minutes, and it clearly was not a proper spa pedicure. I calmly questioned this, as anyone reasonably would.
What followed was completely unacceptable. Lucy, the manager, began raising her voice and shouting at me in front of other customers, accusing me of being “not a very nice person.” I remained calm throughout and did not raise my voice at any point.
It was aggressive, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing behaviour to witness in a salon environment. What she seemed to overlook is that when someone is shouting and the other person is calm, people don’t judge the calm one.
I’ve also previously observed Lucy speaking harshly to both customers and staff, which creates an uncomfortable atmosphere.
There may well be CCTV that reflects exactly how this situation unfolded.
I will be avoiding this salon moving forward due to the conduct of the manager.

Went in today for a simple nail appointment and left with damaged, painful nails and a result that looks amateur at best. The technician was extremely heavy-handed with the drill, my nails are now paper thin, sore, and visibly over-filed. Completely unacceptable. I told him multiple times to be more gentle and was met with attitude. The customer service was just as bad as the work.

I asked for cat-eye nails and got a half-done, sloppy version on ONE nail per hand. The rest look like no effort was made.

The finish is a complete mess, rough, uneven edges, poor shaping, and areas not even properly covered where you can clearly see the tip of my natural nail. I had to come home and fix them myself just to make them remotely wearable.

This isn’t just poor service, it’s outright negligence. No care, no attention to detail, no standards. Genuinely embarrassing that this place is still in business.
