Never get a manicure here. I booked on Fresha but they’ve blocked me leaving a review -I arrived and he started filing away my cuticles with the electronic sander - my fingers were bleeding. I said I needed them to stop and was leaving but they could keep the deposit. Already something they clearly shouldn’t have had but I wanted to respect the fact I had turned up and taken 4 minutes of their time. Instead they blocked me from leaving a review on the Fresha app and charged me the full amount, marking it as a no show. While I had bleeding dry nail beds for several days. Never never book here. Criminal.

Smiling is free and kindness is a superpower. Forget about the nails, (they do a fair good job, so I actually rate them 3 stars for the nails) but they all make me feel so uncomfortable with their behaviour. I'm always the first one to greet them when I enter and nobody responds or even acknowledge me. They're all so rude and arrogant and really ruined the relaxing experience a nails salon should offer.

These people don't deserve custom they are so rude. I was the first one in the shop this morning as I wanted to go before anyone arrived as I didn't have an appointment, I was so polite to just be greeted with anger and aggression and rudeness. They will never have the opportunity to have me as a customer ever again. failure of your business is what you deserve with that sort of customer service. If the workers just want to be paid to sit around and do nothing then this is the perfect attitude to have. The boss should be ashamed.

The experience was painful and uncomfortable. I was actually hurt during the treatment, which shouldn’t happen in a professional salon. I’m really disappointed and I won’t be coming back again.

I usually come to this nail salon and normally have a great experience, which is why I keep returning. However, this visit was very disappointing.

I had booked an appointment with a specific nail therapist, but when I arrived she wasn’t there and I was assigned to a male technician instead. Unfortunately, the service and attitude were not what I expected.

During the appointment I politely asked if he could shorten my nails a little more. He responded quite rudely, saying, “You said this size, now you say more?” in a tone that felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

I also asked twice for my nails to be shaped in a curved style, but he continued shaping them the way he preferred. When I mentioned it again, he seemed offended and insisted that the shape he had done was already curved.

The final result was not good. The acrylic was very thick, and shortly after leaving the salon one of the nails started peeling. One nail also needed a pin for support, but he didn’t apply it, and within an hour the edge of the nail chipped.

I’m really disappointed because I normally like this salon, but this experience was not up to the standard I’m used to.

I'm very disappointed with my experience. They didn't perform a manicure before the refill, which is essential. Also, the pricing was inconsistent with what's listed on their website. The final result was way too thick, and to top it off, I was really unhappy with the staff's behavior.

I went for a pedicure and the water which the soak your feet was very cold. I told them about it and they put some hot water but then after few minutes was cold again for the whole duration of the pedicure. Also inside the place was very cold. It felt like everything was very rushed and they don’t talk much with their customers. I had my pedicure done under 20 mins or so. I know it says 40 mins which is under an hours but since I pay and I come out for a pedicure I expect a more relaxed environment such as hot water for the feet, warm inside and to feel welcome not rushed and no even one word from the guy who did my pedicure. Sorry the quality is very poor so if I pay money I would rather go somewhere else

Had a lovely experience here! They took me as a walk in and sat me pretty quickly. They had complimentary coffee and tea. My only gripe was they didnt get all of my nail with the polish. They left a bit of an edge. But they still look great.

Always a great experience! My nails are always done beautifully, with great attention to detail and long-lasting results. On top of the excellent work, everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommended!
