I used to be a regular customer since opening but now recently moved away for uni and I always had a great service. My biab nails always lasted me so well even at work where I do a lot of physical labour with my hands and my nails never broke or chipped.

However, I’ve come back home for Christmas decided to go back to get my nails done, the same thing I always got. Biab. I wasn’t sure who was the nail technician was but I’ve never seen him before and I’ve been getting my nails done for years to know the technique of applying biab.

This time it was done layer by layer? As if it’s normal gel? I was quite confused but trusted the technician , and as a result during work 4 of my nails chipped one of them breaking entirely which has never happened. They’re lifting and peeling after just 2 weeks. I’m disappointed.

Excellent service! Attended my nail appointment with a crying baby and all the staff helped to calm and hold him. Not to mention they are quick and neat

I went to dream nails for First time last week to have my biab taken off and re done. My daughter highly recommended the shop. After going to the shop for years to have my nails done i thought i would try Dream nails. Extremely disappointed😡the biab peeled off at ends and nails all crooked. I won t be using the shop again. Sorry but extremely disappointed.
