Both me and my daughter have been going to darling nails since the shop opened and the time and patience that these guys put into my nails is unbelievable, I couldnt not recommend these nail salon enough, I always im getting them to do tricky hand designs that takes time to do and they never complain. They are friendly and welcoming and always have lovely chats with each staff member. If you are ever looking for a new nail salon Darling nails is the place to go. X

The way we was treated today was disgusting. Never take your children here was meant to be a nice treat ended in one of them being grabbed by a member of staff . They made mistakes on the bookings we booked but waited for 3 hours, and they put walk in’s in front of us as that meant more money for them never ever go here vile!!!!

Absolute disgrace this place, we had 5 girls in therefor over 3 hours to get nails done and they kept letting women jump the queue as was more money for them, when finally confronted they were very aggressive, one of the woman actually grabbed a 12 year old girl physically by the arm to push out!! Absolute disgrace of a place and disgusting people! Do not trust

The girl is very professional at doing nails and various designs. I got a French manicure, it was my first experience, based on a recommendation from a friend. I'm very pleased. She does a great job, thank you.

Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re extra vocal. This was my 3rd time using the service for BIAB. First time I had a lady and she was good. Second time it was a guy who was not so good. This time, it was the same guy and I won’t be going back. Went in for BIAB and asked for a mini manicure beforehand. The builder gel wasn’t done neatly. On some fingers I’ve got no gel polish in the corners, on others I’ve got it on my skin. I’ve been getting BIAB for 3 years but for some reason it burned so much this time. The nail tech only cut my cuticles after he was done instead of before and worst of all, he was ill so now I’ve got whatever flu he had.
