I’m honestly so in love with my nails and toes! The attention to detail was amazing and everything was done so neatly and professionally. The shape is perfect, the colour is flawless, and the finish is super clean. My toes look just as good—so fresh and polished!

The whole experience was really relaxing, and you can tell real care and pride goes into the work. I’ve had so many compliments already! Definitely one of the best sets I’ve had—highly recommend and I’ll 100%

I’ve been a regular and loyal customer at this nail shop for quite some time, and I’ve always appreciated the service—especially how lovely and kind the staff usually are. However, I recently had a disappointing experience that has left me feeling quite upset.

The woman who served me was absolutely lovely, but when I mentioned that I wasn’t happy with the shape and design of my nails, Dan responded by shouting, “You should’ve told her before.” The tone was completely unprofessional, and I felt very uncomfortable being spoken to like that.

As a loyal customer, I expected my concerns to be addressed calmly and respectfully, rather than being met with hostility. It’s very disheartening to have such an experience in a place I’ve supported for so long.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as this type of behaviour could discourage other loyal customers from returning.

Every time I go here I get exactly what I ask for and never anything less than that , I have only liked this place and no where else . Pricing is very good , they are alway able to do any nail design that I ask for and do it perfectly. They are very welcoming and are always very nice , definitely recommend

Dan is definitely the best nail technician in Welling. However, the constant increase in prices and the fact that prices are not advertised or consistently the same means I will look elsewhere!

Dan and I believe it’s his wife (sorry if I’m mistaken!) we’re both fantastic! Toes and nails done in an hour and a half and they’re both so accommodating. I love my set, they really saved me in a last minute situation 💗💗💗
