Google I used to go to a local nail shop, but after my acrylics fell off within a week, I decided to try Pretty Nails based on a recommendation. I’m so glad I did. My new set lasted about four weeks longer than the previous one, which was fantastic.
When I went back for infills, the level of care and precision was beyond any nail shop I have been to before. They take their time and make sure everything is done properly. The atmosphere is lovely, everyone is friendly, and you can tell the team genuinely get along with each other. I was even offered a coffee, which was a really nice touch.

Following your booking records
You been to is on and off last few years . You have mix between acrylic and sns powder . Sorry Anna has new born baby recently and sometimes she urgently have to go due to no child care or baby unwell . And sometimes , it show that you book with different technician depends on whoever are available . Please check again on your booking history
First , on our record it shown you usually comeback within 2,3 weeks and we notice the sns or acrylic is all lasting well.
Secondly, nail broken is such a normal thing. You contacting us and we offer to fix your broken nail . We only can do the best !!!
