My second time at the salon. All the staff are very kind and welcoming. The salon is beautiful, full of light, and very clean.
Sandy did my nails and I’m so happy with the outcome. She was attentive and listened to designs I had in mind. I highly recommend her.
It was overall a relaxing and welcoming environment. I will definitely go back !

I visited the salon for the first time today, and I couldn't be happier! Sandy did an amazing job with my nails, and was so patient and helpful when I was unsure which design to go with. They were also very accommodating with my baby letting me feed when he needed milk. Very pleased with my experience, and will definitely be returning! Thank you Sandy! ❤️

The last few times I've been here I've felt extremely uncomfortable. I dreaded being seen to by the younger bigger chubbier girl at the front in black. Today she was the only one free. The problem is she is always cold, always rude, always blunt, didn't even give eye contact when saying goodbye. Also filed one of my nails bent and then was tapping her nails on the table whilst my hands were in the machine and it felt like she was irritated that I was there. A few times she sighed annoyed and the other person working next to her looked up at her when she did it.
I paid £100 last month for my hands and feet, I've been here many times before and never felt this uncomfortable.
At one point she looked completely irritated and I asked if she was ok, she said she gets tense when customers are tense. I explained my dad was in hospital recently and I had a lot on my mind. I shouldn't have had to explain that publicly. A simple question from her using correct customer service could have resolved whether my seating position wasn't working for her.
When I had to pay she asked me to move so her client could sit. But I was also her client? It felt odd to use that wording. She works there, she could have moved down to the next seat to see to the person already sat there.
The rest of the staff are lovely and extremely polite and friendly. My nails are always impeccable from here usually, I just want to understand why the customer service of this one lady is always like this. I won't be coming back as I genuinely don't understand the attitude. She's friendly to everyone else. I've been reading other comments and it seems black and (darker) Asian people aren't happy in the reviews. I'm Arab.
It's a huge shame because I explained to her that my best friend it Vietnamese and she recommended I go only to Viet places. It's also a shame to feel so uncomfortable at a place I've been to before and everyone else is fine. Please do better. A smile won't hurt.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I went this morning for my first time after hearing lovely comments about this place, and they weren’t wrong. Staff are lovely, offered me a drink when I arrived, chatted to me, and made me feel very welcome. My nails are absolutely beautiful. Thank you. 😊

Mum and I have been coming here for nearly 9 years and we will never go anywhere else. The ladies in the salon are so welcoming, accommodating and kind offering treats and drinks whilst we get pampered. Their advice is always spot on (thank you always for the colour and shape reccomendations) and you can trust you will walk away happy every time. Thank you for looking after us 💜
