Very bad service. Went there 11:30 and my manicure and pedicure done by 2pm. They even did not do it properly. Customer service is very poor. They were saying we will fix it but no one has done anything. Not going there again

It depends which person does your nails. At first it was okay but not that good. Then a bother worker finished my nails and it was SO good it looked like a robot did it, it’s that good.

just had my nails done and I am absolutely in love with them! The festive red, green, and gold glitter design came out even better than I imagined. Every visit feels welcoming, and the results are consistently stunning.

Went in to get a pedicure for two people - one male, myself the other. Asked the price and was told something mumbled but then worked out he said £25 for women, £30 for men. Got us both seated at the pedicure stations and was confused as the bowls were lined in plastic wrap! They then started work on bloke - seemed to be OK. I was left sitting there like a plum, no attention to me at all (weird given mine was due to take much longer than a man’s pedicure). They brought me over some polish swatches but I noticed that they were gel polishes and the pedicure I asked for included regular varnish. No one asked if I wanted the chair massage, nothing & the water was going cold. Eventually a ‘technician’ started on my feet. It was an OK process although he did cut skin away that wasn’t dry and 18 hour later my toe is hurting. I was going to pay by card but noticed that they give bank details and you have to do a transfer direct to them - nope nope and nope! I asked about the polish and he said pick a colour and it will now be £40. Nope! Blokes feet now done, he went to go get some cash out the atm - he was followed like he’s a thief. I was not impressed with the service so said I’d skip polish. They done the moisturising and then plastic bags and then wrapped my feet in lukewarm flannels. After 2 mins these were freezing cold so I asked they get taken off. The woman apologised and said someone had turned the heater off. She then done some long winded made up massage on mainly my right leg while waiting for the flannels to heat up - was not pleasant or effective. Lifted my left leg up like it wasn’t attached to me and hurt my knee! The whole thing was disappointing - no spa/whirlpool foot soak; just plain water with nothing in it, no offer of the massage function on the chair, lacklustre attention, suspicious pricing structure with practices designed to catch you unawares with price mark ups, no business payment system for card payments (cos ain’t nobody getting me to bank transfer into a random persons account), offered me a loyalty card at the end of that £60 worth of meh. Rest assured I refused the card because I will never go there again.

Unfortunately, my visit to Deluxe Nail Salon did not start well, as the initial technician left without finishing the service and communicated in an unprofessional manner.

I would like to especially thank Dan,who handled the situation very professionally, took over the service, and did an excellent job. His attitude and work quality were outstanding.

This salon received 3 stars from me only because of Dan. He handled the situation professionally and did an excellent job.

I’ve been here 3/4 times now as I keep getting told it’s one of the best. But twice I’ve had acrylics and they’ve broken in 2 week and feel weak. Had them taken off as waste of money and had shellac on own nails but they chipped within a day. I went back in but they said they’d charge me for redoing them. Won’t be going back again. They seem to rush and charge you lots for it. I’ve even tipped them everytime :-( Never used to be like this.

Had a great pedicure at Deluxe Nail. Staff were super friendly and attentive, price was agreed before starting. Heel cleaning was thorough and the massage was really good. Will definitely come back!
