I don’t usually leave negative reviews as I prefer to support local businesses even when my experience isn’t great. However, my experience here was very disappointing.

The staff were unfriendly and not welcoming. The first time I visited, I asked for a manicure and honestly it was very poorly done, I could have achieved better results at home. There was little to no care or effort put into the service. Second time I went, I was charged £40 for plain chrome acrylics which an extra £15 charge simply for chrome since they have £25 for acrylics stated on their price list. I was very disappointed with both the service and the value for money.

Jane is the best nail artist!! she was so polite, kind and it was extremely pleasant to chat with her. my nails look so good i can’t staring! ive gotten so many compliments bc she is so thoughtful and cares about getting the design right! would definitely recommend :)

I’ve been coming here forever and usually they’re spot on. I came in for just gels and a pedicure and I have never had such an underwhelming disappointing experience. No chair massage, no foot massage, charged 35 essentially for her to cut my toenails and not massage me. I questioned it at the til and was still made to pay in the entirety.

I do not recommend if you expect a proper pedicure this isn’t the place for you

This nail salon is the best! Jane never misses! She is so creative and never disappoints! She knew exactly what I wanted, colour matched and it came out even better than what I wanted. The other lady with short hair (apologies, I cannot remember her name) who does our pedicures is amazing and so good at it! I attend with my sister and mum and they always treat us with the most respect and Aaron always manages to fit us in, despite staying later than their opening times. Thanks Love Nails! Xx

I have been coming here for years and they used to be very good. Recently however, I've found that their service has gone down. On Saturday I got a pedicure done. Even though I had booked an appointment another lady who came in after me was seen before me and when I informed them they said she also has an appointment and continued without even acknowledging that I had come in first. Whilst getting a pedicure, it was very rushed and when scrubbing my feet after using a gel scrub, the lady couldn't be bothered to get more scrub from the pot so she turned around and used hand wash from the sink to continue! I don't think I'll be coming back, such a shame as it was my go to salon.

I had the most amazing experience with Jane! Her attention to detail is unmatched, and my nails look amazing!!! She took the time to understand exactly what i wanted and executed it flawlessly. In the past i have had my nails done with other nail techs from Love Nails, and they have all turned out exactly how i wanted them!!! The employees here are so kind and helpful, we have great laughs 🙈 I’ve been quite picky in the past with colours and designs of my nails, but the people here have always met my standards.
