I visited this spa yesterday with my mother for nail and pedicure treatments, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.

Firstly, there was no proper welcome or basic level of customer service. My mother is elderly, yet no courtesy, patience, or kindness was shown towards her at any point. Nobody even offered simple assistance such as helping her to her chair or making sure she was comfortable.

We were both seated, and they began working on my mother’s feet while my own feet were placed in water. After that, I was completely forgotten about for nearly an hour as soon as another customer walked in. I was left sitting there unattended with no explanation, no apology, and no effort from the manager to resolve the situation professionally.

Even after my mother’s treatment was finished, the manager showed no willingness to assist her in getting up or moving comfortably. The overall attitude was dismissive, careless, and highly unprofessional.

This was a complete waste of both time and money, especially for my mother. I would not recommend this spa based on the poor customer care, lack of professionalism, and unacceptable treatment we received.

I had a great experience! The nail tech was very patient, really listened to what I wanted, and did a perfect job. My nails turned out exactly how I hoped. I’m very happy and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I went to Vietnamese Nails Spa - owned by Delux Nails. Really terrible experience. The salon was left unattended with no manager present, leaving untrained new staff to handle everything. During my pedicure, the technician cut my nails far too short and filed them so roughly it caused real pain, I had to keep stopping her. My acrylics took 2.5 hours because they had a trainee do them with no supervision or help. I had to leave the nail shop mid treatment to go to their other shop across the road (Delux Nails) to speak to a manager. Completely unprofessional, careless and they still made me pay for treatment. Manager was very aggressive when I told her I was unhapppy. I won’t be returning and highly recommend you don’t waste your time here.

This is one of the most agitating nail salon I’ve been too, I originally went to deluxe nail spa and then they said go down the road to the Vietnamese nails LTD ( also known as fashion nails ) to do your nails , I agreed we went and I sat there waiting for about 30 mins as soon as we got called to do the nails I showed the nail guy as to what nails I wanted , and I asked him bajillion times if you are able to do these nails with the flower charms for my birthday. He nodded his head like he can do it . Right when he finished and about to fit the charm he said I don’t have any charms and showed me other charms expecting me to change my design for him. I did start complaining and I specifically said “These are my birthday nails ,if you couldn’t do this design I wouldve shown you something else” he had the most arrogant face and goes to say “so what do you want ?” then I just said I want a flower like the picture and he said I can draw , that was my last resort and I said fine. AND THEN I PAY FULL PRICE OF £45 FOR WHAT ? THE NAILS I DIDNT EVEN ASK FOR ? I swear even though love nails ( the shop down the road from these shops) is a little more expensive I’d rather pay more while getting what I want than coming to either these two shops!

Very disappointment with your service. I was not satisfied with the staff who worked there today. The work was rushed, she doesn’t care about the what I’m saying . I have never seen such poor service before. This is not a recommended place.

Quoted my daughter and her cousin one price then almost doubled the price when paying. Tried to discuss the inflated prices but they were aggress and extremely rude . Terrible customer service AVOID AT ALL COST . plus the work done was below even a general standard .

Called to enquire about a the price for a service and a rough estimate of the wait time. Lady on the phone was very rude, spoke over me and cut the call as I was asking for the price.
