When I went into the Salon to get my nails done I was met by a very irate man Whose words to me was ‘ What you want, take a seat’. I I’m really disappointed in myself for not walking out, but I had an appointment and allowed him to do my nails. He was very discourteous and rude. It was rushed and the Nails started falling off after eight days. I have been in the salon before, and the ladies were really nice But because of that experience….Never will I return

Absolutely love it here. I go with my friend every month. The staff are so friendly and do an amazing job. I had my nails done today by Mia and they look gorg! I have attached a picture of her work :) 10/10 reccommend

I visited this salon a few weeks back and had a very disappointing experience. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional, with a clear attitude problem. They also hurt my cuticles while cutting, and the cat-eye design was uneven.
What was most surprising was the way another customer, who arrived after us, was treated. They were well dressed and "white", and were greeted warmly; the door was opened for them and they were spoken to politely. None of this courtesy was extended to us. This felt like a very biased approach, and gave us every reason to believe it may have been racially motivated.
Additionally, one staff member pricked my friend’s finger while distracted in conversation and did not apologise.
Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. There are much better salons in Leicester that treat customers equally and with utmost respect. I recommend going there instead.

Came to get mine and my 6 year old daughter’s nails done today. They were so lovely and so patient with my daughter. Constantly checking that she was happy with colour etc. we will 100% be returning and recommending to family.
