Made an absolute mess of my nails, not AT ALL what I'd asked for! Was there for over 2 hours for infills! In the end he made such a mess of what I wanted that I just said forget it, cover it with chrome and I'll do it at home or go elsewhere. £35 for these ugly nails that they STILL didn't finish! Who leaves nail beds like this! Mess from all the times he tried to get it right with the wrong chrome. Just don't waste your time, there are much better nail shops along that road! Go anywhere else.
I'm very sorry, but since I'm the one serving you, it was very busy that day, and you naturally had to wait in line for me to serve youI know you're unhappy with the nails, and I'll explain that I patiently accommodated your request that day when I had a lot of customersYou sent me an ombre image with chrome plating on it. I did as shown in the image, but you want to change it to gold ombre, rightHowever, there's a problem: chrome gold is very difficult to apply, and I've already mentioned this to you. But I saw you were upset and dissatisfied, so I redid it for you. Then you wanted to change it to gold, and I did as you requesteI'm very sorry because I really couldn't do exactly what you wanted, as I could only do what I could, so I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
I love this salon! The service is always amazing. I’ve tried so many nail salons and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. The shape is always perfect and my nails last over a month with no lifting or snapping. They take so much care and attention to detail and really makes sure everything is perfect. 100/10
went to go get my nails done here yesterday . my nails are cute but while they are being done his finger started bleeding her put a ripped glove on and left blood on my nail. when i told him he just filed the blood off
We apologize.we did our best to give you beautiful nail.we will pay more attention next time.thanks you
Unfortunately need to give you 1 star.
After I had my nails done I end up with nails infection. All of my nails looks horrible and I'm waiting for doctors appointment.
No one wear a gloves, equipment is shared between people and I didn't see any one clean any of the equipment before using it.
I sincerely apologize for your incorrect review of our shop. When you came to us, your nails had already been done elsewhere and were damaged beforehand. You came to us asking for help removing the acrylic powder from your nails so you could go to the hospital for examination. It's truly unfair that we helped you and then you gave us such a negative review? Why?
I went to get my nails done last week. Every other nail bar I’ve ever went to I’ve had no problem like this. My nail polish has crackled all over the nails and chipped. I don’t work lifting anything heavy or doing things that would usually chip nails. No customer service skills either if I may add.
Hi, I'm so sorry for what I said to you.I will explain to you some things that your nails are very fragile when removed and gel polish only helps your nails have a new coatIt does not protect your hands from scratches or abrasions,if you want it to be stronger then protect your nails with acrylicor with biab then hope your hand will be stronger. hope you often rub it and if you need you often come back to our shop and we will make you a new set
I need to start by saying my recent experience at this salon was deeply upsetting. I was assaulted and racially profiled by a man working there, dressed in black. I’ve been here about five times before, usually when other salons are busy or overcharging. They’re cheaper, but I’ve realized that comes at the cost of poor professionalism, unclear communication, and changing prices mid-appointment even if you do everything to avoid it.
This time, I showed two clear photos of what I wanted, white acrylic nails with a white tip and some diamonds. A simple design. I was quoted £40 and agreed. Usually , there are minor issues but I usually let them slide. This time, it went way too far. Ten minutes in, after filing had started, the female technician doing my nails and the man in black photographed below began questioning me again about what I wanted, even though I had shown the photo. I offered to show it again. They spoke in their language and ignored me.
The technician then tried to apply gel, despite me clearly asking for acrylic — which I always get, as gel cracks during gym training. The photo also showed acrylic. She fiddled with my feet for a few moments. She then said it would now be £50. I said fine in principle , but why quote £40, start the work, and then change the price? I calmly asked why it was changing. They began switching between English and their language, trying to make it seem like I was being difficult. It felt like gaslighting even though I had been clear and consistent. Then the man in black came over and tapped my leg repeatedly, which I consider assault. I asked him not to touch me. The technician walked away and began shouting at him to stop shouting at me. They brought over a younger male tech to do my toes. He was respectful, and I was so shaken I found myself apologising even though I’d done nothing wrong. I was visibly shaking while he was working. Later, the man in black came back, stood with arms crossed, and told me I had to pay now or leave. I said I’d leave since the service wasn’t complete. He said I’d still have to pay £25. I asked him to leave me alone so I could finish, pay, and go, in that order but he hovered until the female tech shouted at him again. I said I’d pay when my nails were done. He said he’d wait by the door. I said fine.
The female tech later apologised and admitted she misunderstood the design. I appreciated that. She charged me the original £40. I sent £45 before we were done because the young man (with a rose tattoo on his neck) did a great job and was clearly proud of his work. The final result matched what I originally asked for proving the misunderstanding could have easily been avoided. He even took photos of my feet .
Here’s the important part: during the argument, the man in black began recording me without permission. So I did the same. When I said I’d post it on social media, his attitude changed. He claimed he was recording for his manager. I told him he should have asked first, but I’m glad he did, because now I have a photo of him.
To make things worse, he later admitted he gave me gel instead of acrylic because he assumed I couldn’t afford acrylic, just because I was dressed casually. That’s not only inappropriate, it’s classist and racist. I’m a working professional, and his assumption was insulting. It says a lot about how they treat certain customers. They looked embarrassed when I left , and they should’ve been. I have video of the incident and will be sharing it on social media so people know what kind of place this is. The only reason I’d ever consider returning is because of the younger technician with the rose tattoo — the only one who treated me with basic respect. If you're Black, I strongly encourage you to avoid this salon.
Honestly, you're the most difficult customer we've ever met. We're really glad you didn't return to our shop recently. Thank you so much.!.
Been here to take off the biab nails, have had an horrible experience. My nail broke whilst he was taking it off with the machine thing. Don’t think I’ll ever go back here
sorry we don't remember who you are and when you came to our shop, but i will explain to you about nails, when your nails have nail polish and if left for too long it will cause an imbalance between the nail polish and the natural nail polish and it will cause the nail polish to peel off easily, and when you remove it, the person who removed it for you cannot heal your wound, they are only responsible for the nail polish, so i think you should reconsider the above review, i don't know if you made the bad review with the intention of affecting our work or you are jealous of our establishment, i think you should reconsider and forgive yourself.
