Got my nails done here NEVER AGAIN. Absolutely rubbish customer service and managers with no consideration. Nails ruined before even leaving the store as you can see and the nails lady was no skilled at all. They failed to honour customer satisfaction and clearly had no interest in resolving the complaint.

Tried to buy some aftershave. Wanted not unreasonably to smell before purchase. Ignored by passing staff. Waited ten minutes then asked for help. Two staff helping one customer and one of them said she would assist when she was finished. Waited another five minutes then gave up. Shop not busy. Suggest she would have made more profit for the shop serving me than the two of them dealing with the one customer. Purchased at another shop.

I purchased some stuff from this store and left assuming the receipt would be emailed to me. Shortly after leaving (within 10 minutes), I decided to return a couple of items but realised I didn’t have the receipt.

I spoke to Jayne, the team leader, who was incredibly patient and understanding. Although there wasn’t an obvious way to process the return, she went out of her way along with another colleague to find a solution and successfully refund me.

Jayne is truly an asset to the team. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service

Popped in on my lunch today as I wanted to treat myself to some perfume, I was approached by a lovely woman called Manisha, what a delight, great sense of humour and so refreshing to be served by someone with a smile, she helped me select a perfume with ease , very personable and chatty ! Thank you Manisha I will be back. Keep smiling and laughing. Made my day along with treating myself as I needed cheering up. Love my new jimmy choo forever.

I went in Superdrug in Leicester highcross shopping centre and some of the staff asked if I was okay and I went in to get a toner for my and a lady served me but she wasn’t sure about toners so she asked for another Joshua who was very helpful and he recommended me a toning drops which I purchased i couldn’t ask for better service from Superdrug staff

Came three times in a row for an advent calendar, been told twice that they don’t have any but on the third time turns out they had one all along and two previous staff members just didn’t look around before saying they don’t have it.

This store has just opened and its nice and big but the pricing labels are wrong. I took my purchase to the till and expected to pay £3.50 but it was £5.50. I said it was £3.50 on the label so we went to look and the label did say £3.50 but was for the same product in a 6 pack, I was purchasing a 12 pack. There was no price for the 12 pack anywhere and the 6 pack wasn't on the shelf and turns out it wasn't even stocked at this particular store. I brought one product and I was overcharged £2 due to a misleading label. If I brought 10 products all with a £2 overcharge on each then I'd be out a lot of money. Please check your receipts
