After a bad experience with my previous hairdresser, I was honestly nervous trying somewhere new.
I was randomly assigned to Neesey and couldn’t be happier. From the start, she made me feel at ease and took the time to really understand my hair - texture, length, styling, everything. I went in for layers and curtain bangs, and she absolutely nailed it.
Although her work on IG (neeseyhair) highlights a lot of colour, she’s just as skilled at cutting and styling. Quick, precise, and genuinely talented.
Safe to say, I’ve found my hairdresser. Best one I’ve been to in years!

Went to the salon this morning and everyone was very welcoming. My first haircut here and the place was warm and inviting. Olivia cut my hair and she was excellent and we had lots of conversations with some giggles. Kerry the Manager asked if I wanted a drink. And I was presented with a cappuccino with a lovely side biscuit. Overall a lovely clean elegant salon. A must visit :)

I had such a lovely experience with Neesey. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I arrived and provided excellent service throughout. As a hijabi, I really appreciated how respectful and thoughtful she was — she made sure I was fully covered and even put a divider up without me having to ask, which meant a lot.

She was kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. On top of that, she did an amazing job with my hair — I left feeling so happy with the result. I would definitely recommend her and will be coming back again!

Had a lovely time at HairNova today. I was made to feel so welcome and at ease by Olivia.

My last hairdresser made a complete mess of my hair with a very bad cut. Olivia managed to rescue the style and made my hair look and feel amazing, even without having to cut much off the length.

I look forward to my next visit :)

We are always welcomed warmly by Kerry and feel looked after by all the staff. We don’t even have to ask, Leanne just snips away and we leave looking and feeling great. Our son has some cute hair quirks, but it’s never a problem. Great staff, great new venue…we won’t be going anywhere else. Would highly recommend.
