Came here with my nan as she wanted her acrylic nails taking off. We were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We sat for over 30 minutes and 3-4 people came in after us. They seated and attended to the people that came after us and completely blanked my nan. I mentioned this to one of the workers and two of the other girls started talking in their own language so I’m not sure what was being said. Very rude. First time coming here and won’t be coming back.

Male staff worker was rude and rushed me - he starting cutting my nails and i didnt even get time to choose what colour i want before he had started. Also didn’t even prep my nails before putting acrylics on them - felt like they did my nails rushed even though it was a quiet afternoon on a weekday

Rather save your money and go elsewhere - seems like they pick and choose who they give the better service to unfortunately which is a shame as i’ve been here a few times
I don’t usually leave negative reviews but it was really a poor experience.

They don’t take NUS cards as student discount

I had a very bad experience with Armita. Unfortunately, she did the worst nails I’ve ever had. Her attitude was quite rude and defensive, to the point that I didn’t even feel comfortable showing her the design I wanted.
The salon itself is nice and the manager seems respectful, but I’m honestly surprised that more care isn’t taken when selecting staff. I’m really disappointed with my experience and wouldn’t recommend going to this salon, especially not to Armita.

Sat in this place for 45 mins with my partner and she got totally blanked. 2 others walked in and got there nails done and yet they still ignored my partner. Safe to say she won't return to be ignored by pig ignorance
