Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. Despite providing clear instructions and even sharing a reference picture, my requests were not followed. Instead, the outcome reflected what they wanted rather than what I had asked for. I felt my preferences were overlooked, which was disappointing.

Really poor nails
I feel like I went pound land and bought stick on nails, to be honest most probably would have done a better job with the stick on nails. Will never go back. EVERY ONE STAY AWAY. Rude manager who doesn't want to correct what his done wrong

First of all they made me pay first and they were rushing with my nails I’ve only had them done for about 1 week and they are already coming off would not recemend to go to that place

I had a very unpleasant experience with the nail technician at this salon. He was rude and clearly in a rush to finish my nails. When I politely asked him to cover the ends properly with polish, he became defensive, started making excuses, and even went around discussing it with his colleagues — which felt very unprofessional. On top of the poor customer service, my nails broke within a day, despite being careful. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first bad experience I’ve had at American Nails. I’ve visited three times, hoping things would improve, but it only got worse each time. I would not recommend this salon for nail extensions.

Only had my nails done week or 2 now and they are need re doing again and I have lose two of them on each hand. There not ever done nicely like any other place. Also looks like a child has done them they are horribl. I'll not be going there again.

Absolutely not worth £30
I would give 0 stars if I could, the last picture I was just brushing my teeth, I got back in bed and some how realised it snapped off
Don’t waste your time or money!!!
And the shaping is all off, left glue all in my cuticles
