I would not recommend coming here unless you would like to have layers of your nail filed off and then be charged full price.

My finger nails are incredibly tender, red and sore after having BIAB gels removed here. I was visibly in pain during the appointment and it was obvious the technician was negligent as my nails visibly had blood underneath them and looked clearly irritated, and bright red. I am disappointed the technician continued after obviously hurting me. I felt very uncomfortable and was asked questions that almost insinuated it was my fault that the technician clearly damaged my nails.

I was then charged full price and got no apology. My nails are still hurting and feel very tender days later.

Really loved my visit to The Nailpod, the ladies working there were all so lovely and friendly. The salon itself is really pretty and has so many nice touches, you can really tell the owner pays great attention to detail and genuinely cares about the experience.
I hadn't had my nails done professionally in over a decade, and the lady doing mine was so sweet and helped me decide what colours and styles to go for.
From start to finish, she did an amazing job and i felt really comfortable trusting her as she kept checking her work, so everything was extremley high quality. She worked really hard, and the vibe in here was lovely, I will return!

Jen and her team do a fantastic job -,such a lovely, welcoming place for a bit of me time, with a great atmosphere and super friendly, professional staff. I had a small issue with my nails after choosing a non-gel option, and they kindly fixed them quickly for me, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend.

The most beautiful BIAB manicure I’ve ever had. Flawless application, stunning attention to detail, and such a relaxing appointment. Couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff are amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

A really terrible experience, with unfriendly and extremely rude staff. Staff were talking about customers and laughing about them behind their backs so I felt very uncomfortable and it was extremely unprofessional. The finish of the nails was really poor. Don’t go here

Had high expectations for this place. Asked for a regular manicure. Sat down and got asked about the colour and once again mentioned that it was a regular not gel manicure.
Making a long story short , she proceeded to file nails and I asked about that and was told yes, yes , I know!!!! But it was a gel manicure!!!! The technician spent all the time paying attention to what the manager? was talking about on the phone , which I guess was something for the technician. On top of getting something I didn't want it was a BAD , horrible job .
What a terrible experience!
