Terrible customer service. I bought an item online. Received confirmation letter but no delivery details. Telephone on website is out of service. Did not respond to my messages on the website or email. I put in a dispute with my credit card company,
Next day I coincidentally received an email that my item is shipping. Again no details on shipping company (e.g. Royal Mail). Item received 9 business days after placing order. Never purchase from them again

I like this product a lot but I do not recommend buying anything from their online store.

I bought 2 products a month ago and they still haven’t arrived. I have emailed twice and called as well but haven’t had any response.

Great product but terrible online service.

We were sorry to hear that your order did not make it safely to you as it was dispatched many weeks ago. As discussed, we will place a lost and stolen claim with Royal Mail and we have resubmitted your order.

As you say, your order was placed in March but as we were only informed this week that it didn’t arrive, unfortunately we couldn’t act any sooner.

Honestly the best facial I've ever had, and I have really sensitive skin. Walked out of there feeling so happy and pampered. Chelsea was so professional and did a fantastic job with everything. Absolutely going back for all my salon needs.
