I’m so obsessed with these short summer polka dot nails ☀️🤍 The design is simple, trendy, and super cute at the same time. I had to wait a little bit, but the shop offered free drinks and the atmosphere was really comfortable. The girl who did my nails was so gentle and sweet — she paid attention to every tiny detail 💅✨ Definitely worth the visit!

Rude…I always book in advance and not once has my appointment been on time. I usually wait at least an additional 20-30mins. When I asked the nail tech will my appointment be on time she said she’d try and laughed.
My last appointment I was there for 3hrs because they kept switching to suit other clients coming in. It cost £7 in parking too and then still charged me full price.

They don’t take card either - so you always have to go to a cash point before your appointment.

The customer service is beyond disappointing and considering the service isn’t cheap I don’t know how they keep custom.

I went in for the first time a few months ago to get my christmas nails. I ask for the price and if it was possible to do the design I wanted. The guy was amazing. So precise on the design listen to the little changes I wanted and put so much concentration into my nails I will definitely be going back for my birthday nails.

I have always been happy with my manicures here, which makes today even more disappointing. Unfortunately, today I had a basic manicure and it looks really bad. I asked about five times for the excess skin to be removed, but nothing was done. The overall finish is very poor — honestly, I could have done a better job myself at home. Very disappointed this time and not what I expect based on my previous experiences.

I literally just got my nails done at another salon up the road… walked out and walked straight into Nails Crush to redo them. It was embarrassing but the staff straight away sat me down and made me feel welcome.
I thought they might capitalise on the situation and suggest a full soak off and redo, but they were so kind and only said I needed a refile and repaint (they could have charged much much more). The other salon just painted the biab on, no cuticle work and no shaping afterwards so my nails were all lumpy and uneven. Nails Crush made them pristine in seconds and did my cuticles. Thank you.
Despite going to N&C for years, they have finally lost me as a loyal customer and I will be going to Nails Crush from now on.

Really disappointed today I booked a timeslot as I was meeting my daughter for lunch. I waited 45 minutes for the service which was rushed and not a relaxing experience at all. There were too many walk ins and not enough staff No apologies made for the wait but clearly couldn’t get me
Out quick enough. Never again. So dissatisfied and disappointed

Best nail salon ever - whenever I get my nails done here they last for ever and they look perfect. Couldn’t recommend more - make sure you book because they do get busy but so worth it cos they are the best ☺️
