I come here regularly with my daughter. Having our nails done here is such a pleasure. I love the massage chairs, the tv to entertain you, and a free drink.
Our nails are also done beautifully.

I booked an appointment and still had to wait 1.5 hours to have my nails done. They took other people who had bookings later than me and did them first. While having my nails done I was told I couldn’t have the design I wanted as he didn’t have time. He then proceeded to rush my nails. When I got home I realised my nails were not right, they were wonky and lifted really badly. I then message them and asked if they were able to fix them. He then refused to fix them and when I asked for a refund instead he was then really rude to me. After proving my point I was then given half my money back. This isn’t the first time I have experienced issues here. Do not recommend!!!!!

I popped in for a gel manicure earlier today and had a fantastic experience. The lady that did my nails was so kind offering me a drink and was so patient while I chose what colour I wanted. She even went and found more swatches for me to choose from and showed me the colour on her own nails before I made my mind up. She was really gentle and took her time to shape my nails and sort the cuticles out. I didn't catch her name which was a shame as I'd ask for her next time. Great price for an excellent service, I'll definitely be back!
