I have been going here for a while. Despite sometimes the service not being great. Now nearly all my finger nails seemed to have a fungal infection. I have not been anywhere else and could only have caught it from here! Absolutely devastating! No care is taken, once I noticed my nail looking funny and asked what it was. I was shut down saying it’s the gel. When that was the start of the problems.

Absolutely unprofessional service.
I booked a specific appointment time and arrived on time, yet I was left waiting for over 15 minutes. After that, I was told they could not take me because they were busy and that I would need to wait even longer or come back later!!

I made it very clear that I only had one hour available and had left work specifically to attend this appointment. If they were not able to honour the booking, they should not have accepted it in the first place!

No respect for clients’ time, poor organisation, and no apology or solution offered. I left without receiving any service. Plus the fact this salon is very dirty and has no basic hygiene for a nail shop.
I would not recommend this salon to anyone even for free!

I went for a manicure here today and my phone rang. I had one hand in the machine, and the other I quickly used to silence my phone. The manicurist then looked me directly in the eyes annoyed and said ‘Don’t do that’. I told her my second coat had not smudged.. and she then told me that as my nails are weak; after 7 days - they wouldn’t redo one of my nails if it did chip or if there was something wrong with them. I found this quite rude, especially as a customer. She then spoke in Vietnamese the whole time after I got up and washed my hands. I won’t go back.

Had a pedicure here today with a friend. I have been to this salon many times. We arrived 8 minutes late & was made to wait 45 minutes. I was shocked that the 3 members of staff doing pedicures were running us down & my daughter who wasn’t even at the appointment. They didn’t realise my friend is Vietnamese speaking & understood every word, despite one of them saying ‘she looks a bit mixed’. They never make any effort to communicate & yet they think it acceptable to talk about their customers in front of them.

Absolutely gutted in this experience. I normally go here, the guy is very good. However, when it came to payment, when I explained to him that I had card (as most Nail bars now take cards). Infront of everyone, gave me the card with the details on and rudely asked me to bring cash next time in his words 'to save this hassle'. Surely money is money and no one should be looked at differently here. I earn a decent wage and going to the Nail Bar is a treat for me, the last thing you want is for you to be publicly talked to like that, as well as publicly calling me to the cashier to check it all went through. Totally made me feel like a thief and there surely has to be a better process here. I made a special trip today to get here unfortunately, I won't be going back.

I give this place five stars as I always have my nails done there workers always welcoming nice atmosphere there and I would like to mention especially today they did my nail just the way I like them to be done it was fantastic I love them lots got too many people asked me where have I got my nails done, very impressed and I really recommend this place and I’m going there again and again.

I have been a customer for over 12 years and would not go anywhere else. Tam and Van and all the staff are so lovely and always make the effort to fit me in at short notice. They are always kind and thoughtful and do my nails to a very high standard. I can’t recommend them more highly.

Very rude staff , unfriendly, bad service . Really disappointed with everything. Nails broke a few days after. I never leave reviews on places but it was so bad I felt the need to! Wouldn’t recommend at all

My wife went this morning and came away very disappointed and rather annoyed. The nails are adequate but the girl doing her nails was beyond rude. Literally rolling her eyes! The man who started the nail process was very pleasant. But she won't be returning.
