Google Lovely experience . Immaculate salon . Lunar who did my acrylic nails was very friendly. She is a brilliant nail technician Nice relaxing music so lovely to have an enjoyable experience , so fed up with dirty badly run salons .

Google Wow. What a lovely calm, polite environment. One of the nicest manicure and pedicures I have had. The salon is just lovely, spotlessly clean, calm relaxing music. An absolute treat. Would thoroughly recommend

Google From the brief interaction I had with them, I found the service to be quite rude. I asked whether they would be able to do a specific nail design, and the response was a very blunt “no.” While I understand that not every design can be accommodated, I would have expected a more customer-friendly approach. For example, offering an alternative or suggesting other designs they could do.
Owner Response:
Hello,
Thank you for your review and I’m sorry to hear about your experience. However, after checking our booking system thoroughly, I couldn’t find any record of your visit or appointment.
It’s possible there might be a mix-up with another nail salon? The interaction you described doesn’t match our usual service approach.
If you have any further details, feel free to share so I can look into it.
Best regards,
Hythe Nail Spa

Google I would not recommend going here if you are already worried about how your hands and nails look as a certain member of staff in there will you make you feel worse about it, both times I have been there I have felt uncomfortable. This time I was refused service (never in my life has this happened!) and I was told my fingers look like I have an allergy (which I do not have and I feel is quite insulting and ultimately embarrassed me). A real shame as the salon is spotless. I would suggest for all staff to be re-trained in customer service skills as this is business you are losing. I know my nails are not great - that is the whole point of coming to get them done! Won’t be returning.
Owner Response:
Thank you for sharing your feedback and photo regarding your experience at Hythe Nail Spa. We’re sorry to hear you felt uncomfortable during your visit.
At Hythe Nail Spa, the health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priorities. We regret if the communication from our staff caused any misunderstanding or distress, and we will use your feedback to improve our team’s approach.
Sincerely,
