Done my nails really nice. No complaints. Gel manicure, had a few and this was no different to what I expected. Seemed the have a few regulars in there which is always a good sign in a nail shop. A lot of dusties but that's expected in a nail salon of course.

Worst nail experience ever. The woman, who didn’t speak much English, removed the existing nail polish from my nails with her ‘drill’, so far that my nails were limp, thin and bendy. She took 2 of them so far that she needed to powder fill. They have both subsequently broken off. As long as I’ve been having French tips I’ve never had a nail break.
When I went to pay by card I was told this wasn’t possible and I needed to pay by bank transfer. I didn’t have my glasses to see the bank details taped to the counter. I said I’d go and get my glasses and the manager suddenly appeared from outside where he was smoking, and said I could make a payment to him via his phone. I will never go back here.

I don’t often get my nails done and struggle with the imperfections that sometimes come with it, but Hayley was meticulous and I absolutely love them, will definitely be returning.

Worst service I’ve ever had! The guy was so rough and rude the whole time. Didn’t do what I asked and charged me £42 because it was two colours, only used one colour.
