Lovely place and good hair cut but service can be inconsistent for price — also it seemed like everyone was offered a drink who had a haircut but megan refused to give me a coffee. Not a good feeling when you leave.

P.s. I did not leave and return, I just asked for one at the end of my visit.

My regular hairdresser was out of action so I booked an appointment at The Knott. I am always nervous about hairdressers but Lisa was really amazing, She listened to what I asked for and seemed to know hair really well to what would work and wouldn’t work. She was really kind and easy to talk to and I came away with exactly what I wanted and one of the best hair cuts I have ever had. Thank you.

I’ve been having my hair coloured and cut by Kerry now for the past 6 months and I’m never disappointed with it. Every time I have my hair done, I always get complimented by family, friends and work colleagues on how nice the colour is (red) and how it’s cut. Not only is Kerry a very professional hairdresser but you can tell how much she cares about her business and her work colleagues as they are also lovely and easy to talk to as well. I love The Knott! Kerry and her team have been looking after my hair for the last three years and make me feel brilliant every visit. They listen and provide honest feedback about what is possible with my hair type. They are welcoming friendly and skilled at what they do. They are ensure everyone continues their professional development so every team member uses the latests techniques and products and their service is amazing. If you have time also book a beauty treatment too! I cannot recommend the team highly enough. When I leave my appointment, not only does my hair look amazing, I have generally spent the entire time laughing in a warm and friendly environment. They really do sprinkle magic in everything they do and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Best facial ever. I had the ninety minute one and it was so lovely I almost fell asleep. Can see an instant difference too, lost a deep wrinkle on my eyelid where I sleep on that side and the rest of my skin looks and feels glowing! I've booked in for next week. Thank you Debbie! I think it's going to be addictive.

Absolutely thrilled with my spray tan at The Knott today! 🌞 The finish is flawless, the colour is just glorious, and I feel amazing.
