Opened Late - I arrived at 08:40 - They Opened at 09:10
Floor strewn with polystyrene packing and mail clippings
Disinterested, Sullen, Unkempt staff Speaking Vietnamese amongst themselves
Zero eye contact and no verbal interaction
The process of cutting my nails took approximately 4 minutes(Feet and Hands)
Modest attention is given to cuticles or health of feet.
Staff are apathetic, sullen, disinterested and pay little attention to the job in progress too often distracted by colleagues or their mobile phones
An attitude of reluctance and boredom is demonstrated
Speed appears to be the most important factor. At this they excel but the cost is quality and a long and mediocre cut thus ensuring an early return and repeat business.
I cannot recommend this place

Walked in to a friendly lady who agreed to what my mum and I wanted, I showed a picture to the male technician who looked at it for 30s before agreeing he then took 25 minutes to do just the acrylic he made 3 of my fingers non stop bleed. He then asked to see the photo again I showed him the 2 colours I wanted as I wanted an ombré he got frustrated and said ‘i do not understand’
clearly annoyed. He did not do the ombré. Every time he did something wrong he angrily tutted and kept laughing and speaking in a different language while looking at my nails. I had this done on the Thursday and by Friday the acrylic was lifting. He quoted us 42 at the end but said he would bring it down to 38 because how sore my fingers were my mum then said ‘ well your board says 38 anyway’ he went silent and looked at the other staff. I will never go back and I DO NOT recommend!!!

Was there a while ago. When I walked in, I asked the price before the service started. I was told and agreed on a price but when it time to pay the manager (i think thats who it was) said it was $30 more than what was originally agreed.
The lady would not back down going so far as saying she had it recorded but when I asked to listen to the recording, she did pull it up, but when she got to the part that was needed it was too low to hear anything. I paid with a card that wasnt activated, let it decline over and over until she finally charged me the orginal agreed price.

My nail tech, forgot her name, was really nice but I would never go back to this salon.

Brilliant service absolutely fabulous work they done with my nails been there twice and both times am happy.

I am literally writing this review inside the shop. Botched job on my nails. Ask it to be fixed, instead the man have basically filed off my nails. I am almost seeing my skin. I had to scream for him to stop. He said if i dont like, i should get out. SO RUDE. I am pleading to have someone else remove the rubbish he did.
Beware of this older guy with short hair. I wished i had read the reviews before coming here. Others have complained about a man. I guess he is the same person. He doesn’t know what he is doing.

He has ruined my nails. I would not be able to do my nails for a long time.
To be fair, the ladies tried to help. One of them is going to take it off now. He continues to rant off in his foreign language disrespectfully.

I have been a loyal customer ever since Cutie Nails first opened. My last appointment for my nails, unfortunately the colour I chose wasn't as I expected, only three nails were painted in Shellac. When I said this the man punched the bin and stormed off. I apologised when he returned and he said no problem. He went to remove the Shellac and again, stormed off. Not only was I humiliated I was also really upset. I paid £28 pound for the acrylics and left the shop with three nails wet from Shellac and the other nails unfinished. I went to another salon, a lady who was also at Cutie Nails, waiting to have her nails done, witnessed what had happened and left Cutie Nails. Deeply saddened by what undeservedly happened to me.

Awful service.
I spent 2 hours in the salon getting gel on feet and hands and they almost immediately came off ruining my nails underneath. When I returned to the salon and asked for a refund they refused, very rudely and told me to sit down with no indication of how long I’d be waiting. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to at least speak to me and realized they were all busy and would be at least 30-40 minutes before anyone was free. Again, they refused a refund so I could go elsewhere and rudely argued with me infront of the whole shop. So now leaving having spent 2 hours there getting nails done £68 and ruined nails. No apology or money back.
Rude staff. Bad hygiene… avoid the salon.
