Big blobs of blonde at the ends. I went for a previous visit to be rectified. I was booked in for “same as before” the “same as before”was packets of foil for highlights and root tint between packets. I got just a root tint and it was dark so hence I was left with a big band of dark. I went back and they said I had to pay for it to rectified. I want everyone to note that the band was blended at all. You can see this in the photo where my usual hairdresser picked up a section to colour it. I had it rectified by “the same as before” which is what Adam should have done and Kirsty. It was actually booked in as “same as before” with Adam. I paid over 100 with Adam unpaid almost 100 with Kirsty to supposedly have it recorded then I paid 80 to another hairdresser who thank god was professional and put it right. They refuse to refund me any money. Be warned they are totally unapologetic and completely will not consider reimbursing you. I would advise anyone who is not happy when they have their hair done to refuse to pay then and there!! I made a huge mistake of listening to Kirsty when she said it would tone down and blend in! Absolutely rubbish!!
