Fantastic nail salon. I’ve been going there for 2 years and it’s honestly the best in gravesend, I can never fault them. I adore both Amy and Kim. Friendly, kind and just a warm space. Environment is very clean and all other staff members are chatty and helpful. It’s never a bad nail day when I go there. 100 stars if I it was possible. haha : )

Worst salon I’ve ever been to don’t ever go there, i expressed clearly that I wanted a pink acrylic french tip and he gave me clear acrylic. Then proceeded to to say that I’m “too black” for pink nail polish! How dare he! On top of that my nails are too thick and completely lopsided and I expressed this and he told me I was too hard to please and I was being picky. Honestly the worst nail shop I’ve ever been to I would never go there again. They even had the cheek to ask me if I wanted a loyalty card.

1.The way the lady of this store don’t know how to talk before I start my nails I asked her that can you do this she said yes , on the point they said we don’t have this colour. oh come on you need to let client know before start and then you saying me we don’t do same.
2. Your colleagues don’t speak English and I don’t understand them why they sitting there if I can’t understand them I can’t sorry it’s not my fault because they can’t speak English properly. They lough in your own language And they store manger (lady ) you come and started shouting on me on my face. You was lucky that I didn’t say anything to you.
why you open the store if you don’t know how to talk before running business have some manners and put your soo called attitude in your pocket .

First time having nails done at a salon like this and was so impressed with the creativity, speed and detail - plus value for money. Myself and my daughters all had unique and detailed designs recreated from pictures we brought in, and all 3 of us for less than £75.

Horrible place horrible staff. On here it says that they close at 4. So I came at 2 and they said they were closed and told me to leave and this happened for a second time. I have been coming here for over a year now but not anymore. They’re horrible to customers

I had been here only once before and decided to go back as I was rather pleased with my nails.
Although I will not be returning as I booked an appointment with this salon at 2:30pm, I arrived 10 minutes early and was told to take a seat in the waiting area. I was then waiting 20 minutes AFTER my appointment time.
I walked out in the end as that is way too long to be left waiting considering they had given me a specific time not a window time.
