Today I walked into the shop asking for one replacement French tip acrylic nail on my index finger, the manager said it was an hour wait. I waited an hour then came back into the shop, then he said I’d have to wait another forty five minutes. Ridiculous I walked out I refuse to wait two hours for one finger nail. Rude customer service I won’t be returning.

Been to this shop twice and I have a mixed experience. First time it was okay, my nails were done properly. However I noticed/ sensed that the owner and his staff talked about me in their native language and laughed when I asked for a particular design on my nails.

I went there yesterday for acrylic infills on my nails, and asked for the pinked powder to which the lady doing my nails vehemently said ‘No’ twice and proceeded with the white powder. The owner then intervened and asked her to use the pink powder. I was quite annoyed at this behaviour. Then once my nails were done, I casually told them that my hands feel dry to which both of them looked at each other and started saying something in Vietnamese mocking me.

Don’t think I am going back there, again.

Had my nails done today as I wanted to change from my current nail shop and I love them. They took a bit longer to do than I'm used to but they're so perfect so I didn't mind. Would definitely recommend

Got my nail done and they chipped off in 2 days, so upset since was a waste of money
Usually my nails last 3/4 week no problem
Not going there for sure anymore

I went to this shop today
There were 2 girls in there so busy but they did a brilliant job under pressure
My nails look amazing
I’m really pleased and it was £35
I changed my mind and they suggested an alternative
They do the job well and efficiently
They could do with more staff on a Sunday as lots of people were waiting but I will go back as I didn’t book and no where else in Gravesend could see me without booking

Got French tip nails were wonky and French tip line was wonky and took too long just go to diva nails instead it’s cheaper and the nails look 10 x better and it’s 5£ cheaper

Disappointed. My nails are not symmetrical . My 2 little fingernails are completely different . And my index fingernails and thumbnails are wonky .

Just came in, had a full set with gels and a gel infill on toes, was charged £70, most other shops in gravesend charge £55, think £70 is very overpriced

Just been in there today , the man was very rude sounded like he didn't want my custom.
I only wanted to have my nails removed , then have Gel Polish, 1 hour later all I had done was my nails removed poorly whilst he did 3 other people and let me just sit there waiting .
About 8 people came in to ask for nails and feet done , he was rude and told them he was very busy , this is no way to treat paying customers.
I would never go back and would be telling my friends and family not too either .

One of my nails had snapped so I came here to get it fixed as they wasn’t busy. I waited 5 minutes before I was seated. They removed the remaining acrylic and stuck another tip on. I was then left for 45 minutes as they started someone else’s nails that had just walked in. I asked how long until my one nail can be finished and I was then told if I didn’t want to wait I can go somewhere else.
