Had a full set done here on Friday, it's Thursday today and already I'm 3 nails down. They are ugly and the acrylic didnt wven stick to my nails.. I will never come back here again. £42 for what!? Absolute joke.. I was warned against them but couldn't get anywhere els for such short notice. No wounder they was so quiet😤🤬

Staff only spoke to give me instructions - no conversation was even attempted!! Came here on a whim from a recommendation but won’t be coming back. Asked for a simple full set of acrylics with a clear top coat in the square shape. Every nail was uneven and the lengths did not match. It felt as if the tech just wanted me out even though I was the only customer… I’ve got multiple cuts along my cuticles as the tech was really rough and did not prep my nails properly. Paid £33. Rip off, considering I had to re shape them as soon as I got home.

I personally don't mind not being spoken to , but my acrylics are extremely thick and if I hadn't kept asking would've been uneven too . Went on a recommendation but won't be returning

My nails actually look really good BUT the place could do with a good clean. The technicians only spoke to me to give instructions. They spoke to each other continuously in their own language.
Over all not a great experience

Went in today for my nails because my usual shop was closed. Awful service, really rude and hostile staff (in particular Jay who was very unfriendly). Would not recommend at all.
