I was disappointed, I went in for a Pedicure, the lady didn’t do a through job.
She didn’t fully remove dry skin and my nails were not painted fully or to the shape of the nail.
I went home and exfoliated my feet and I will need to redo the nail polish.
Pointless I went there and paid for a half done job!

I’d come here since moving to Gravesend and have a great time getting my nails done. Recently staff are rude, do nails with no care and always ask for payment in cash, if you refuse it’s a problem. I was refused a receipt with no valid reason which does not seem legally correct - I’m disappointed in their customer service and find their payment system strange. I won’t be coming to this nail shop anymore.

They did extremely well copying the design from the picture. I haven't had my nails done in 5 years and they done well.

Only downside was they didn't have the right metallic polish that me and mum wanted but I understand that it was a difficult request to find the exact one we wanted.
Also there was a little bit of a wait when we booked before hand but the shop was full before opening. However, it wasn't too bad since my mum was still deciding what she wanted.

One of the best nail shops in gravesend! Chloe and her husband are doing a amazing job! and that also goes for all there staff! Everytime I go here I am always welcomed so kindly! And my nails are always very well done! Xx

I understand that it’s Christmas it was busy but don’t leave a customer waiting at the table for ages, also it upsets me when the instagram stories making nails look professional when after I left one of nails had a black line across it and the white had bubbles, just a lot for £40, I won’t be coming back.

I’ve been coming to the salon for quite a while but the service just gets worse each time I go in. I feel like after they get to know you they don’t treat you as much, huff and puff and are rude specially the man who I think is the owner. The more people I talk to about the salon the more bad things I hear about them shouting at people over prices etc. I only had my nails done the other week and one has chipped already, I went in the other day to get it fixed and was told I have to wait an hour or come back tomorrow, I totally understand it is a busy time of a year as I’m a hairdresser myself so I know how it gets but for something that was already there work and would of taken 5 minutes which shouldn’t of happened so quickly on new nails. I feel like it’s because it wouldn’t of been money to them and taking money is there main concern which in business that is key but what also is key, is keeping customers happy as the customers are your income in this industry. I think the owner needs to buck up his ideas and treat people better.
