Worst nail shop I have ever come across, let's start with number I'd like to start of by saying these people know how to do nails there not bad it at all but why I would recommend avoiding this shop is because there using cheap whosale products which I actually found online so you can email directly and I'll inform you the terrible products there using on peoples hand I found this info by following it up with my licenced nail tech sister that studied everything about nails that lives abroad. The shop may look lovely but thhe sad truth is there just open so there trying to make a lot of profit of customers by using cheap products to make some sort of extra income but this absolutely not the way.

Let's move on and talk about my nails.so never ever in my time getting my nails done with biab have I ever experienced the whole layer of biab and gel coming of and that what happened after 2 days mind you I work from home and don't do any rough activity. Yes I went back and they repaired the nail free of charge the day after it happened again thd nails come of.

Further the white gel polish they use wr actually found on Temu which is even more disturbing as my daughter had French tip and white toes that changed colour the following day we've never had this happen either and we are people they wash are things before use, yes they repared but to put the icing on the cake my daughters nails started splitting in half and she also works from home does no rough activity and yes she needed a take of re Do but simply we had no time that day and never has this happened and she's had multiple infills before.

Upon investigation with my sister, a very thin layer of ayrlic was used to infill which to me feels like a tactic so she comes back in a short space of time.

We are so gutted as we spent 150 into a new business that clearly still needs a lot of work. There are so many better nail shops in the London area and in Gravesend that provide better quality so I recommend sticking with a nail shop like that because athetics does not always mean a free flag in the work of a nail shop.

Worst nail shop I have ever been to avoid at all costs litterally I got my pedicure done and my feet are still rough I got my toes done white and the following day my toes had a brown stain , then to put the icing on the cake I felt like I was almost getting forced to get a takeof redo and then not just that I was itching my scalp and the nails split in half one of them so clearly the application is rubbish , I’ve done infills 4 times in the past to grow out my nails never had this issues. Not only that one of my mums whole nail from her biab came of like they just don’t know what there doing in this salon we spent 150 it’s ridiculous I think there using cheap products for everyones nails here they claim this review is unfair but it’s valid should not be using bad quality cheap products on clients there times I’ve done multiple infills my mum has had Biab never had this before . Avoid this nail shop clearly they cut corners to make more profit !

Despite the staining being an external issue, our team repainted your toes fresh again at no extra cost to ensure you were happy. Regarding the 'take-off redo’, we professionally recommend a fresh set to maintain nail health and structural integrity. Our technician suggested this for your benefit, not to 'force' a service, as old product can eventually lead to lifting or splitting. At last, there were no issues with the application or splitting on your nails when you came the salon the following day.
