I honestly could not recommend this nail shop more. My mum and I have been coming here since around 2020, possibly even before, and we would never go anywhere else.

I usually see Lisa and my mum sees Michael, and they are both incredible. The attention to detail is unmatched and they take such pride in their work. Every set is flawless ✨

What truly sets this place apart is the genuine relationships they build with their clients. They must see hundreds of people, yet Lisa and Michael always remember the little things we chatted about during our last visit. It feels personal, warm, and welcoming every single time 🥹

They are always polite, patient, and so accommodating, and the pricing is fantastic for the level of care and quality you receive.

I’ve recently moved further away, but I still make the journey back every month because I simply wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails. That alone says everything!

If you’re looking for a nail salon that delivers perfection along with kindness and care, this is the place 🥹🫶🏻

I had my nails done a couple of time at the salon. The sevice was amazing, all of the staff were very helpful and very friendly. They helped me chose the right treatment for my nails. I am glad to find the right salon. 💯% recommended.

Update - my appointment was cancelled by me and you were fully informed by my relative that I had a family emergency and I would just have a walk in appointment regardless once the emergency was solved didn’t realise people can be late for an appointment that was cancelled anyway to kindly allow you to fit someone else in and then be polite enough to wait for the time I did but the length of time just got longer and longer most places get the soak in started so customer can just sit & wait it’s a simple task set up and I was being courteous towards you in that point when you asked and I was fine

it was after all that you were not getting the soak ready you were continuing with a client which is fine but the other members who were finish could have arranged it there was no customer service from your team overall!

I was polite enough to continue to wait during my walk in appointment up until my patience then wore thin at seeing 4 other walk ins after me get a seat for their nails which you’re not acknowledging at all whilst yes I waited for the time I did - you’re not fully gauging my frustrations with that part in particular hence why I left there’s no false claims in that but if it helps you feel better and save face that’s then fine but god bless and all the best. 🥱

Would not even rate one star had a walk in appointment and waited for over an hour I was told to wait a further 15mins simply to soak of acrylics which never happened more customers who then walked in after me and minus an appointment still got seated and seen before me for their nails!

This was a Terrible service and glad I won’t ever be returning this was my first time attempting this salon and I can safely say how awful the service was for me personally I am so glad I went to house of beauty instead and spent my £50 there instead.

Love this nail shop ! Warm and friendly customer service and the technicians are fast and do an amazing job. The shop is super clean and pretty prices are very reasonable for the service you get.

I love Nail Crazy and I have been quite a few times now! I always love how my nails are done, which of course is the most important part, but they also make such an effort to get to know you. Lisa remembers the names of all of her regular customers and they are so efficient and helpful in the salon! Highly recommend.
