Really clean finish and gentle not a single bit of discomfort prepping the nails. Also he was suĺper friendly already booked in for my next appointment. Highly recommend

Jin is a very skilled masseuse and will sort any back issues you have. She will find the tension and fix. If you ask for firm, trust me you’ll get firm lol. I always come away with all the pain ironed out and feeling great.

I was left incredibly disappointed by my nail appointment I had back in August at Milly and Jin. I had booked the highest nail art level 4 I believe with their top / most expensive professional.

The results I got were incredibly underwhelming for what you’d expect top nail art to look like. Other than my thumb which was done really well the other nails were incredibly basic and the 3D nail art flower I requested looked nothing like the picture I had shown and also took nearly an hour to do just one that one nail as the lady really struggled with applying the 3D gel so I didn’t then feel comfortable after all that effort to say I did not like it.

After being in the nail salon nearly three hours I did not have the energy or time to then request any changes to my nails and after spending over £100 on these to be so let down didn’t particularly want to have them redone here. So I cannot fault their service as I did not give them a chance to rectify the results however after spending that much money the results shouldn’t be so below par.

Luckily I was able to get an appointment the next day at House of Nails Brighton who in about 40 minutes was able to re do the nail and and I can’t recommend them enough!

I have been a regular customer with Anna for nearly 3 years and i can't recommend both her expertise and warm welcoming character enough. Anna is a highly skilled nail technician who has maintained my nails beautifully, and every visit is a pleasure. The whole team are such a talented and cheery bunch.

Absolutely terrible experience, I was 5 minutes late but call in advance to let them know ( they said it was ok), upon my arrival the nail technician Anna, was really rude, questioning the reason I was late and confronting me in front of the clients , repeating ( unfortunately I cant do your nail art, just a plane Biab), the booking was for a biab manicure and nail art ( wedding nails) . The attitude was disrespectful and made me feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time. The service was sloop and rushed, she did my nails in 45 minutes. During the appointment the atmosphere at the salon was great, all the girls really happy and chatting and sharing their experience ( not my nail technician, clearly annoyed by the other colleague talking about her boyfriend )
" oh no again, always talking about her stupid boyfriend " I couldn't believe in those words.
My appointment was for a biab manicure and nail art but instead of biab she used a base coat and a gel colour , my nails " biab" peeled of 3 days later ( a day before my wedding).
The reason im complaining here is because 2 of my friends had the same nail technician and similar experience, paying for a Biab and getting gel.
Really disappointing the attitude and the behaviour. Try to contact several times but ending always talking to her on the phone, clearly she didn't said anything to her manager.
The only reason im booking again is for the amazing experience I had with my first 2 nail technicians, Ayaka and Vania.

The massage and facial isn’t worth it that’s all I have to say. Not friendly staff either. Waste of £105 never again lesson learnt. I cba to say everything but just don’t go here for it at the very least, not professional, not as advertised given no massage options like it says, just got asked if I’d like my massage.. obviously I paid, and woman kept coughing, even my bf noticed and he only saw her for 1 second, don’t go to work if you’re sick. Not to say the images in the review 7 months ago by Poppy are horrendous no way you give those nails to a paying customer, only people who consent to be used for training should be and definitely not for full price if it should be paid at all. Definitely not for that it’s TERRIBLE

I went to Milly & Jin for my bridal nails yesterday and they were perfect, even better than I imagined! They took so much care to make sure every detail was perfect. I have been going to Milly & Jin for years and every set is perfect. I will never go anywhere else!
