I always feel very happy every time i leave this place because they do such good work. This is the only place i get my nails done at.

I absolutely love Waltham Cross Nails! The staff are always friendly and go above and beyond to ensure that my nails look exactly how I want them. The shop is consistently clean, which makes for a comfortable environment. It does get busy at times, so there can be a bit of a wait, but it’s definitely worth it for the quality of service and care you receive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great nail experience!

I went to the salon on the 23/03/26.
Today 28/03/26. My nails look like they’ve been done 2-3 weeks ago. They are very tick and not done well at all. I’ve been charger £45 for nothing special done. I didn’t have any extension nothing just a normal simple colour. I think they do good nails to people who they want. I am not happy at all!!!

Absolutely amazing, staff are extremely helpful and attentive. Im very picky with my nails and they did an amazing job. Will definitely be returning!

i got my nails and toes done (gel). i didn’t get told till everything was finished that they don’t accept card (i’ve been there before and card was accepted) therefore had to wait 20 minutes to get the cash AND on top of that my gels started peeling off 2 days later. ridiculous and not worth the money!!

I think I had the most disappointing experience with this salon. They never do a good job but most of the time it could be fixed at home with a file. My last experience with them made me never use their services again.

I've been here a couple of times before and every time I come, I think why don't I come here more often. The team here is so friendly compared to all the others locally and they have fair pricing in comparison. I have long natural nails and they always look after them so well as well as being super quick! Thank you

Last Friday was my first time!! It was amazing experience , staff is so polite, lady manager I think she was gave me 10% discount as she saw me coming there first time, I was totally unaware of colour and style they both heaped me choose a colour, lady who did my nail was so polite yet professional, I changed my mind twice after started she was not a single time annoyed me as so patient, and advised me it was ok to feel undecided since was my first time! Never going anywhere love this place ❤️ thank you 🙏
