So upset by my visit to the salon today. I called ahead to make sure there was time and availability for my eyebrows to be threaded and tinted.. they said it was fine to come. I arrived and the attitude i received from the two ladies was shocking. One of them didn't even look at me when talking to me and instead directed comments to her colleague in a different language with so much attitude and dirty looks. I was told I had to wait an hour to be seen despite being told on the phone I could come along. The lady continued to say things to her colleague and refused to even look at me. What kind of customer service is this please? Really upsetting as typically the ladies at this salon are very friendly. I have never seen the two women in there today and after this experience, probably will not be returning with my custom. I then explained to the ladies that I had called and wasn't informed of this waiting time and that they should have told me this. The lady acknowledged that I had called and then said the wait time would be 10 minutes. Which is fine. The lady (I believe her name is Linda??) Then called me to the chair and proceeded to do my eyebrows. Again, didn't talk to me at all. Didn't confirm what I wanted, didn't ask what colour I wanted my eyebrows. ZERO COMMUNICATION apart from her twisting my head and tapping my back to tell me to get off the chair whilst she did another ladies eyebrows. She was so rough when doing my eyebrows. My eyebrows are awful, completely uneven. Which again, is so upsetting because usually the lady who does my eyebrows there does them perfectly! (She is the tall lady with lovely long brown hair).

I would appreciate if I am contacted to resolve this issue as I believe this should be followed up by the salons manager regarding this issue as I'm absolutely disgusted. The younger lady there told me the lady who did my eyebrows name was Linda, however, not sure if she gave me the right name as she was very reluctant and kept making excuses for the customer service today.

I booked a waxing appointment weeks in advance and arrived on time today. I was asked to sit in the waiting area, but after 15 minutes with no update, I had to ask what was going on. The staff member checked briefly and came back with no explanation, just a shrug. Really disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

Worst experience
I'm extremely disappointed with my service at Nejla eren beauty Waltham cross on 17 November Monday The staff was terrible, provided no customer service, and the salon appeared to be very low staffed. I booked a haircut and my hair was ruined. I asked for layered hair cut with trimming hair ends but instead, the woman refused to cut the style I wanted. My hair is now ruined and burnt and it looks like no change at all infact she ruined and burnt my hair.The salon's response was dismissive. I expect a full refund and compensation for repair costs. I will never recommend this parlour had a worst experience
