This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The quality of the work was genuinely shocking my nails look uneven, poorly shaped, and nothing like what I asked for. It feels rushed and careless, like no attention to detail was given at all.On top of that, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. There was no friendliness, no effort to make me feel comfortable, and at times it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.Considering how much money I spent, this is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone thinking of coming here to save their money and go elsewhere. There are plenty of better places that actually value their customers and take pride in their work!!!!!

Extremely rude staff and very poor quality work. I asked for milky white nails and got pink, lumpy, bulky nails with an uneven finish. When I complained, they only fixed one nail and didn’t bother with the rest. I was then told it was my fault for getting an infill. Completely unprofessional — would not recommend.

I’ve been coming here for years this is the best nail shop !! I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews, my experience has always been amazing. Everyone who works there is lovely, and they do my nails perfectly everytime. Today the lady with the blue hair did my nails and she done a fabulous job 😍 prices are great aswell

I went here last week the guy that done my nails had no patience because I wasn’t sure what colour I wanted.. I went with my daughter when I asked for the price the second because I don’t hear him.. my daughter told me he flipped he’s hand up like he was getting angry once we left the salon.. if I saw that I would of definitely told him where to go.. very unprofessional and talking in their own language definitely about me so uncomfortable.. Will be going back to the other one on the same road.. The ones that smile and actually ask you if you’re okay and having a nice day 😀
