Google Been coming here since before Christmas, love that I can walk in, choose colour, sit down and started on straight away. I have biab. Great colours to choose from. Yes can vary in price but it is someone’s time and all the overheads they have. Always pleasant and helpful with me as so much to choose from so I love the ideas I’m given. Find all who work here great, and fab at what they do.

Google I was in the salon for 2 hours, so slow and still managed to completely mess up a pedicure and then accused me of smudging it- which I did not. I had not been for a pedicure in two years and had been so looking forward to it but was so disappointed. They refused to refund me and I left with shoddy nails- won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend. My two year old course painted them better.

Google The worst nail shop I have ever been to. I went to this shop just before Christmas and I had one girl who started my nails and then another girl who said she didn't like doing my style of nail tip took over and left my nails all different lengths.
After asking multiple times to correct and make them even I gave up.
They charged me £50 for a full set biab and said it's because of the type of white tip I had?!

Google These guys are great, would have been 5 stars,but you have to be careful as they do over charge, twice now I have pre booked for overlay + colour £28 then I get charged £32, so always double check.

Google Very let down. Paid over £40 for my daughter to get biab extensions. 2 fell apart within 3 days. (1 completely snapped, 1 thumb was all cracked down the side). 2 more then cracked and we had to glue them back on with nail glue.(photo attached). 1 then came off while my daughter was itching her back. They have now all come off. The ones that survived lasted for 15 days. The man on entrance told me one price, the lady at the till told me another, so I ended up over paying, she took the extra cash as a ‘tip’ without asking me. Not happy at all & will not be returning or recommending!

Yours daughter had her fullset biab and our technician confirmed it would cost £45 before we start her nail, you said that you paid over £40 and you should get £7 back but the receptionist took it and didn’t give you the change ? I’m sorry this is a bit confused, if you paid £50 you should get £5 change , also if you didn’t get your change lelf over why don’t you ask “why “? or ask to speak to manager about it?
her nails cracked you and her came to repair it we also applied topcoat on all her fingers you didn’t mention anything about why the receptionist took your cash as a “tip”. You then concerned it to us about few weeks later on Installgram and we replied to you straight away and booked 2 appointments for you to come with your daughter for take off and fresh set back on again. We take all comments seriously and want to work towards improving your experience, we believed that biab extension is not strong enough for her nails bed you agreed to come but never turn up.
