I wouldn’t want a deaf person like myself go there again. Staff very rude talking in their own language whilst doing my nails just felt completely ignored they wear masks so I can’t lip read. They are ripping me off when I asked for infill both times they charge me full price… disgusting! Will never go back there again.

I visited approx 6 months ago, I had a pedicure. It was awful from the get go.

I felt awkward and out of place for my whole visit.

The man doing my nails burned me with the hot towels. When I said ouch! He removed them but instantly put them back on, burning them again and then laughed saying sorry.

The pedicure was horrendous. I kept asking him to fix it but he just kept painting the French back the same. Also wouldn't let me have any glitter.

I felt I couldn't say anything again and it was too busy to ask for a manager.

I contacted them online and their service was great. Got me back in first thing the next day to fix it. Great! This experience was worse.

I had 3 people come and inspect my toes, one being the man who carried out the work. Chatting to eachother in their own language making me feel increasingly uncomfortable. Nails were redone and they looked great.

Shellac didn't last long at all. Was not worth the money.

The reason I am writing this review now is that my big toe nails have repeatedly cracked since having this pedicure. I have no idea what the product has in it but it has absolutely destroyed my nails. My mother in law had the same weeks earlier than me and her toe nails are as weak as mine.

I would avoid at all costs. Much better salons available in st albans. It is a shame as the owner is lovely and is trying her best to make a successful salon but her team let her down. They are rude, patronising and some lack skills.

I went to this nail salon for the first time today after recently moving to St Albans and on walking out immediately booked another appointment elsewhere. The staff weren’t friendly, the appointment was so rushed, my nails are crooked, my cuticles aren’t done properly - absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever - terrible experience. Will definitely not be going back again!

I asked to put gel on my nails and paid for the gel which is more expensive than acrylic.Only when I went to another salon, I was told that is acrylic not the gel.Disappointing
